our boat coaches aim to award successful students the CYA'S BASIC CRUISING STANDARD or IYT INTERNATIONAL CREW certificate and the government's PLEASURE CRAFT OPERATOR CARD

courses depart/return GRANVILLE ISLAND in VANCOUVER, PORT SIDNEY MARINA in SIDNEY (VICTORIA) or NORTH HARBOUR (POWELL RIVER)

peak season dates (may 15 - september 15) run from 3pm TUESDY - 5pm SUNDAY

hardy season dates run from 3pm TUESDAY - 5pm SUNDAY

women’s only CRUISE & LEARN dates available

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

appropriate clothing and personal gear including sailing attire in one duffle or soft sided bag, as well as a sleeping bag & pillow & towel

we will provide the food and non-alcholic beverages - safe cooking aboard on a propane stove and deck mounted propane barbecue will be taught
