We manufacture our own wood products and import from some of the finest porcelain brands from both Italy and the US.

Recieving our Shipments

 We package and palletize our products better than anyone to ensure safe transport to your home or business.  Outdoor pavers can be heavy and difficult to ship and it is essential they are packed carefully to not become damaged during transport. In  the real world however, shipping through snow, wind and rain  can affect delivery times and the condition of freight upon arrival.   Pallets can shift and "bump" another during transit causing damage to the corner or side.  IF your pallet or boxes look damaged in any way once the trucking company arrives and presents the pallets,  you must note this on the delivery receipt  at time of delivery on the delivery receipt.  If no damage is noted on the delivery receipt we cannot guarantee a credit or refund.  Please look carefully for damage before signing the delivery receipt as well as making sure the pallet count is accurate!  
 

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our primary concern no matter what. If for any reason your are not content with your purchase you may return your merchandise minus a 25% restocking fee which covers our shipping cost to you and our warehouse handling and restocking charges. ALL RETURNS MUST TAKE PLACE WITHIN 30 days from time of order.  Shipping cost are incurred by the customer for delivery and returns. Items must be packaged well and in unused condition and arrive in new condition. To avoid purchase errors we strongly recommend purchasing a sample so you better understand the product color and finish. By all means leave it outside in the snow and rain and test it out, that is what it is meant for. 

Should we send the wrong product to you, we will be responsible for the return and re-shipment of the material.  This rarely happens but mistakes do happen, we are only human. 

We accept most major credit cards and will promptly send your order once we take payment we charge a 3% credit card fee, our products are in stock and ready to ship with a typical turnaround time of 5-7 days. If an item is out of stock please consider import times can be upward of 45 days.

Will Call Pickup

You may certainly picking up material locally from our warehouse.   We will not charge for shipping but we still have a $20.00 pickup fee for picking the order. If you are nearby one of our distribution centers you may pick up the material directly by contacting us and arranging a pickup time.
