Silver Maple Ventures registered as Exempt Market Dealer in BC
On April 30th, 2014 the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) approved Silver Maple Ventures Inc, proprietor of the trade name FrontFundr, as Exempt Market Dealer in BC. This is an important milestone on the road to launching the FrontFundr platform. The approval was granted based on a revolutionary business model fully focused on online funding and investment services in the venture finance space. The license application will be immediately expanded to other jurisdictions in Canada under the so-called Passport System.
