Experience all of Los Suenosâ€™ many amenities at the Villa Wagner.

The Villa Program is an exclusive Los Suenos offering, providing guests with a luxurious option: Villa Wagner. This home is centered within the resort, offering quick access to the Marina, the Beach Club and other world-class attractions. Tropical beauty is also abundant, with private terraces surrounded by gardens and jungle views.

Villa Wagner offers more than an ideal location, however. Instead it accommodates every guest. Its 6,500 square feet interior is open and airy, with four bedrooms, four full baths and one half-bath. A gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and include a butlerâ€™s pantry. Central A/C is found throughout the home, allowing travelers to enjoy the spacious living quarters and modern conveniences: such as plasma TVs, music systems and more. Daily maid services and full laundry facilities are also available.Â

Villa Wagner lets guests explore Los Suenos, keeping them near the harbor, the casino and more. The massive terraces and private infinity pool may tempt individuals to stay at home, however. A detached guest house waits at the edge of the lushly designed yard, and a security service keeps watch 24-hours a day.

Occupancy: 8 guest maximum.

Green Season (May 1 to December 15): $1800 a night

High Season (January 3 to April 30): $2500 a night
