Taking place at Vasa Park in Bellevue on Saturday, March 23, 2019 from 1 until 5:30 p.m., this festival offers plenty for all ages. The celebration boasts wondrous Central Asian food and live entertainment. After the meal, there will be a fashion show as well as dancing, all to help usher in the spring season. Ages five and under get in free; kids 6 to 10 and seniors over the age of 65 get in for ten bucks; everyone else may get a ticket for $25.
