Weâ€™ve got quite the scoop for you today, Tacoma! The 2019 INFINITI QX50 has just become the recipient of a five-star safety rating courtesy of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

The superior score comes as part of the NHTSAâ€™s New Car Assessment Program (NCAP). The government body was wowed by everything the 2019 INFINITI QX50 brought to theÂ table, but was specifically floored with the inclusion of ProPILOT Assist and everything that comes under that umbrella. Specifically, they were pleased with the autonomous driving features on offer from both Lane Keep Assist and Advanced Intelligent Cruise Control.

With the 2019 INFINITI QX50, we introduced a suite of new driver assistance features, including ProPILOT Assist, whichÂ offer support when needed and further enhance the overall driving experience," said Jeff Pope, Group Vice President, INFINITI Americas.
