For the first time ever, INFINITI is partnering up with Motor Trend Group to showcase the inaugural Japanese Automotive Invitational at Pebble Beach Automotive Week this year. On August 25th and 26th, this new event hopes to display a diverse range of classic vehicles.

Roll call will include vintage models like the 1964 Datsun 1500 Roadster and the 1994 INFINITI J30. The goal of this exhibit is to display the innovation, performance, and design that stems from Japanâ€™s historical car culture.

Visitors will get a chance to take a peek into the future as well. Prototype 9 will also make an appearance. This concept was the brainchild of executive design director Karim Habib, who hopes to introduce more electrified powertrains into the market by 2021.
