When it comes to going green, we tend to look at how our actions today will affect the future. The number of people choosing to switch to environmentally-friendly technology grows every year. Thatâ€™s why INFINITI unveiled a concept car to beat the band! Going by the name Prototype 9, this steampunk style vehicle is quite eye-catching.

Inspired by the Prince Motor band, an array of vintage cars, and aircraft from the 1940â€™s, this idea all started with a sketch. Given permission by Alfonso Albaisa, Senior Vice President of Global Design, engineers stayed hard at work to bring this incredible idea to fruition. Whatâ€™s even more impressive is that this revolutionary model is powered by a fully electric motor and battery developed by the Advanced Powertrain Department.

Although it will not be revealed until later in August in Pebble Beach, California, you can still find a luxury sedan that will reduce your carbon footprint drastically. The 2015 INFINITI Q50 Hybrid has a fuel economy set at 31 mpg combined (29 city/36 highway). It also boasts a solid 5-star safety rating for overall protection in government-conducted crash tests.
