This machine has the feel of a barely tamed animal—one that is responsive to all your commands but retains an unchecked ferocity underneath it all. The 3.5L V6 engine is a big component of this phenomenon, as it lends immense performance to the incredible powertrain. There’s a total of 265 horses at 6,400 revolutions per minute (RPM) and 248-lb.-ft. at 4,400 RPM to draw from, meaning it will be rare to come across another auto on the road with both your car’s stature and speed.
Oh, and don’t worry about having ample enough room to store all your groceries and gear. The 2015 QX60’s 60/40 split-folding back seats make item storage a breeze. With them up and in place, you’re looking at 15.8 cubic feet of space, but that cargo capacity explodes to 76.5 cubic feet with the rear row put down.
