I live in Ontario and wanted to purchase a Ford transit. There were many challenges in figuring out how we would get the vehicle to the East coast. Jag helped me patiently throughout the whole process. Any time I needed something I was able to text him and he responded as soon as he was able. It was a pleasure dealing with Jag and Key West Ford! Thank you all!

These guys don’t communicate with each other.

These guys don’t communicate with each other. We wasted hours at the dealership test driving and getting a contract worked out and at the last minute we were told, “ oh this truck was sold 2 days ago”. We had taken a ferry into the city specifically to purchase this truck. How hard is it for the sales guys to put a sold sign on a vehicle? You would think they would have a bulletin board with inventory sales listed. Unacceptable!

We had an exceptional experience at Key West Ford. Their entire team was kind, helpful and responsive when dealing with us (and our kiddies). Ian Riddell, Sales manager helped us find a Sales Representative who was extremely knowledgeable in the vehicle we were pursuing. Jag Dhillon helped us navigate through all the questions we had, was patient and helpful. Our kids were entertained (with popcorn), we were give all the information needed. Michelle Kellough, was extremely helpful navigating through our warranty options, we were presently surprised with what she found for us. Thank you, this was a big purchase and a big day for us and we really appreciated all you did for us.

Nissan News
Latest Nissan News For Seattle, Tacoma, And Bellevue Washington
As consumers, we love having the ability to personalize our belongings – from purses, phones and tablets to our homes, clothing and shoes, nothing is off limits these days. And Nissan is embracing this trend by offering a special customization website known as their Color Studio for the all-new Kicks crossover SUV.

The Color Studio brings personalization to the compact crossover segment, allowing Kicks shoppers and owners the ability to modify 12 curated accessories from a selection of five colors – vibrant whites, blacks, reds, oranges and blues.

Want to snazz up the exterior? Easy! You can swap out the color of the front lip finisher, the rear spoiler, front and rear door handle covers, the rear bumper accent, and more. If you’d like for the interior to reflect your unique style, you can also customize the color of the rearview mirror cover, door sill protector, air vent rings, or floor mats. Cool, right? Nissan thinks so too.

"As an affordable compact crossover, Kicks is designed to fit the needs of singles or couples looking for style, personal technology, smart functionality and advanced safety features," said Mike Soutter, VP, Aftersales, Nissan North America, Inc., in a press release. "The Kicks Color Studio adds an affordable way to further personalize the new Kicks, giving buyers the choice of adding just a few or the complete package of factory-backed Color Studio accessories."

The 2018 Kicks will soon be offered in three well-equipped trims (S, SV and SR) with pricing well-below the $20K mark. To pre-book your test drive in an all-new model, contact our team at Kirkland Nissan today.
If you are looking for a capable truck with easy driveability, consider the all-new 2018 Nissan Titan. It recently earned a top five spot on the U.S. News & World Report’s list of best full-size pickup trucks, which recognized the vehicle for its smooth ride and good on-road manners.

For 2018, the Titan is offered in a full range of rugged half-ton pickups, including Single Cab, King Cab and Crew Cab body configurations, with a choice of 4x2 and 4x4 drive, as well as five trims. Every model is anchored by a 390-horsepower 5.6-liter Endurance V8 gasoline engine mated to a smooth-shifting seven-speed automatic transmission. It offers an available maximum towing capacity of 9,740 pounds and a maximum payload capacity of 1,950 pounds.

Inside, the 2018 Titan is as refined as its driving dynamics, offering a host of available features, including NissanConnect with Navigation, a 7.0-inch color touch-screen display, SiriusXM Traffic and Sirius Travel Link, and Nissan Voice Recognition for navigation and audio. There’s also an Around View Monitor, Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, and a RearView Monitor to help drivers steer through busy streets and work sites. The Titan is both rugged and smart – what more could you ask for?

where to buy a Nissan Leaf in Seattle WashingtonWith the rise in popularity of all-electric vehicles, it’s only a matter of time before auto manufacturers extend their product lines to include various body styles and configurations. But, Nissan, they are ahead of the pack since unveiling their latest concept car called the Leaf Open Car.

Sporting an open-air design, the roofless Leaf EV was just released in Tokyo at a zero-emissions forum earlier this month. The electric car was displayed at the event to celebrate the milestone of 100,000 sales of the Nissan Leaf in Japan since the model was first introduced in 2010.

Based on the second-generation Leaf, which was released this year, the Leaf Open Car retains its two-row design, but sports an entirely new body with only two doors, a swept-back windshield and a tall C-pillar with no roof to be found – not even a convertible. It’s quite a sight – no wonder it garnered great fanfare at the forum!

Unfortunately, there are no immediate production plans – if any – for the Leaf Open Car, but it may prove to be a good testing ground for future Nissan models and body styles.

In the meantime, you can enjoy your summer with zero-emissions performance in a conventional four-door Leaf EV. At Kirkland Nissan, our inventory is stocked with new and used models, providing you with the best all-electric selection in one lot. Call us today to schedule a test drive!
Will efficiency ever come to the crossover market? This question haunts you as you watch the fuel gauge drop ever-lower. Soon your all-terrain behemoth will require more sustenance; and you’ll waste your hard-earned dollars trying to keep it satisfied.

Nissan suggests seeking a more economical option - such as the 2018 Pathfinder.

As Kelley Blue Book explains, the new Pathfinder proves perfect for drivers craving economy. Boasting a 3.5L V6, this platform yields 20 MPGs in the city and 27 MPGs on the highway (proving better than its leading competitor, the Honda Pilot). A continuously variable transmission bolsters every rev, eliminating resource-consuming downshifts; while the Intelligent 4X4 smoothly responds to each terrain, with its intuitive sensors assessing tire grippage, steerage, and traction to identify the most efficient power-bands. An electronic drive-by-wire throttle ensures a seamless ignition (reducing the amount of fuel needed to achieve acceleration); and technologies like Hill Assist and Descent Control provide deft navigation, maintaining optimum torque distribution and relieving engine strain.

Nissan has carefully tailored the 2018 Pathfinder for the modern market - ensuring that drivers achieve a combined MPG ratio of 23. This promises fewer station visits and (more importantly) less money wasted at the pump.

Curious about the new Pathfinder’s economy technologies? Contact our team today to learn more!
A simple rule defines the mid-size market - high-style is essential. There can be no streamlined sedans. Instead every fascia must be painstakingly sculpted, delivering a bold design from each angle.

With the release of the 2019 Altima Edition One Nissan fully embraces this philosophy.

According to Motor Trend, the 2019 Altima has been granted a full suite of cosmetic upgrades - with Nissan ensuring that the Edition One impresses with every glance. The platform now rests on 19-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, which have been stained a striking dark gray. Illuminated kick-plates anchor the front, drawing attention to the sleek profile (192-inches long, 72-inches wide, and 58-inches high); while a rear spoiler yields an athletic effect. External ground lighting fans out around the all-season tires and body-colored bumpers; and custom badges adorn the back and sides, complementing the chic metallic paint. A moonroof completes the design, adding glass paneling and one-touch ease.

The 2019 Edition One proves impossible to deny - with Nissan elevating it from sedan to statement. For those demanding power, however, don’t fear: this platform boasts a turbocharged variable compression four-cylinder engine, which promises 248 HP. Style and performance perfectly combine.

Comfort has finally come to the half-ton market - with Nissan fusing its Titan XD Platinum Reserve with a meticulously styled cabin. Each detail has been thoughtfully integrated, elevating the highway experience for every passenger. Relax, Kirkland, and enjoy the ride.

According to My Fox Zone, the 2018 Titan XD boasts a class-leading cabin. Slip inside and discover leather-trimmed seating, with integrated lumbar support countering every muscle pain. The front cushions boast both heating and cooling technologies, while a memory system provides custom alignments. Soft-touch materials line the dash and center console, removing the sharp edges of traditional plastics; and Intelligent Climate Control delivers optimum temperatures (as well as remote key compatibility, allowing drivers to engage the system before they even cross their thresholds). A power tilting steering wheel ensures a precise fit; and ambient lighting pairs with an auto-dimming rearview mirror to counter the glare from passing cars.

To further delight, the Platinum Reserve platform also boasts eight individual bottle-holders and six sup-holders - sparing riders the frustration of fighting for console space. Finally achieve peace on those family road-trips.

Want to take a peek inside the 2018 Titan XD? Visit our dealership today. We’ll happily arrange a test-drive in one of our current Platinum Reserve models.

As you drive by one gas station after the next, you groan at the cost of fuel. Prices seem to rise right before your eyes! With upcoming vacations and road trips, you don’t know how you will afford each fill up. Perhaps it might be time to cut back on your summer plans?

Not so fast! Nissan has a way to help you get better fuel economy by ensuring proper tire inflation with their Easy-Fill Tire Alert.

Now available on 12 nameplates, including the 2018 Nissan Rogue, this enhanced tire pressure monitoring system helps consumers quickly and conveniently fill their tires to the correct psi without relying on a handheld pressure device. A simple honk takes the guesswork out of inflating tires to the correct pressure, thus ensuring that you are always riding on the right amount of air for the most fuel-efficient driving.

Here’s how it works:

Neat, right?

Easy-Fill Tire Alert is one of many technologies that are part of the Nissan Intelligent Mobility vision – the company's approach to changing how cars are powered, driven and integrated with society. Enhance everyday performance in the 2018 Altima. This Nissan sedan brings convenience to Tacoma, boasting an exclusive 2.5 S package that will bolster each ride. No longer sacrifice ease on the highway. Instead indulge in the miles.

As CNET explains, the 2018 Altima delivers value to Washington. Slip behind the wheel and discover the 2.5 S package - a collection of comfort and safety features that will redefine the mid-size market. A push button system now anchors the cabin, allowing drivers to effortlessly enter (use the electronic fob to engage both the engine and the climate controls, sparing yourself the frustration of a wintertime key fumble). A 5.0-inch touchscreen enhances the NissanConnect infotainment console, providing easy interfacing through its hands-free technology and enlarged media dials; while wireless Bluetooth links ensure seamless syncing to social feeds and text messages.

To further impress, the 2.5 S package also yields superior safety, pairing the 2018 Altima with pre-collision technology. Intuitive sensors (mounted along the front bumper) sweep the roads with radar precision, generating real-time assessments of traffic patterns and lane markings. Should these scans reveal a potential concern - such as an approaching vehicle or a pedestrian - audio warnings will be released; and, if drivers fail to respond, the brakes will be engaged.

The 2.5 S package provides convenience to every rider. To learn more about this option - or to request further information about the new Altima - contact our team today.

If you are shopping for a new vehicle offering exceptional utility, snappy handling and a spacious cargo area, be sure to give the 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport a closer look. Recently ranked on the U.S. News and World Report’s top five list for the best Subcompact SUVs, this vehicle is an ideal option for urban drivers wanting a bit more car for the money.

For 2018, the Rogue Sport is offered in three well-equipped trims, including S, SV and SL. Power is generated by a 2.0-liter DOHC 16-valve inline four-cylinder engine, which produces 141 horsepower, and comes mated to an Xtronic transmission with eco-mode and a four-wheel independent suspension. For drivers who want to travel off the beaten path on the weekends, the Rogue Sport is offered with Intelligent All-Wheel Drive, while front-wheel drive is standard.

But where this subcompact SUV truly shines is its cargo room, which helped the vehicle earn top marks with the reviewers at U.S. News and World Report. With the seats up, you’ll have no trouble loading it to the brim with 22.9 cubic feet of cargo, but if that’s not enough, the second-row seats fold down, boasting a total of 61.1 cubic feet of space. Most class rivals can't compete with that – not even the Honda HR-V or the Mazda CX-3.

Curious to see how it handles on Seattle’s city streets? Contact Kirkland Nissan for your test drive today!
Known as one of the most athletic and luxurious sedans in its class, the 2018 Nissan Maxima has become a fast favorite with Seattle vehicle shoppers who turn to this model for its first-rate interior and powerful V6 engine. The Maxima was also recently ranked on the U.S. News and World Report’s top 10 list for large cars, further cementing its spot as one of the best well-rounded sedans on the market today.

Under the hood of every 2018 Maxima, you’ll find a nicely tuned 3.5-liter V6 engine, which is rated at 300 horsepower and 261 lb-ft of torque. All trims come mated to a continuously variable automatic transmission with front-wheel drive, which is known to deliver smooth accelerations and a quiet ride quality. Best of all, this sedan sips less fuel than many other competitors in its class, netting an impressive 21 mpg in the city and 30 mpg on the highway, which is very good for a large vehicle of this size.

Inside, luxury reigns supreme with a spacious interior that comfortably seats five passengers. Throughout the sedan, there are soft-touch materials and dressy stitching, which provide an upscale appeal, as well as metallic and wood-like trim panels that are modern and stylish. All grades start with power front seats, cloth upholstery, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a rearview camera, and climb in refinement with each trim level. Automatic emergency braking and an 8.0-inch infotainment system with navigation, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto are also standard.
