I live in Ontario and wanted to purchase a Ford transit. There were many challenges in figuring out how we would get the vehicle to the East coast. Jag helped me patiently throughout the whole process. Any time I needed something I was able to text him and he responded as soon as he was able. It was a pleasure dealing with Jag and Key West Ford! Thank you all!

These guys don’t communicate with each other.

These guys don’t communicate with each other. We wasted hours at the dealership test driving and getting a contract worked out and at the last minute we were told, “ oh this truck was sold 2 days ago”. We had taken a ferry into the city specifically to purchase this truck. How hard is it for the sales guys to put a sold sign on a vehicle? You would think they would have a bulletin board with inventory sales listed. Unacceptable!

We had an exceptional experience at Key West Ford. Their entire team was kind, helpful and responsive when dealing with us (and our kiddies). Ian Riddell, Sales manager helped us find a Sales Representative who was extremely knowledgeable in the vehicle we were pursuing. Jag Dhillon helped us navigate through all the questions we had, was patient and helpful. Our kids were entertained (with popcorn), we were give all the information needed. Michelle Kellough, was extremely helpful navigating through our warranty options, we were presently surprised with what she found for us. Thank you, this was a big purchase and a big day for us and we really appreciated all you did for us.

As one of the higher trim levels, this all-electric vehicle is the crème-de-la crème, offering great range and value with many standard features.

Here’s a closer look at its specs:

2017 Nissan Leaf SL
80-kW AC synchronous electric motor
30-kWh lithium-ion battery pack
107 horsepower with 187 lb-ft of torque
EPA city/highway fuel economy equivalent: 124/101 mpge
EPA-estimated range: 107 miles (20+ miles more than previous models)
6.6-kWh onboard charger takes less than six hours to charge (220 volts)

The exterior of the 2017 Leaf SL features a sleek five-door hatchback design, which is futurist in nature, but highly aerodynamic. It also boasts 17” aluminum alloy wheels, a dynamic-looking headlight treatment and a handy charging port in the grille.

Inside, the Leaf boasts a nice high roof design with large windows, which makes the hatchback feel airy and spacious. It can accommodate up to five passengers and offers 24 cubic feet of cargo space with the 60/40-folding rear seats up or 30 cubic feet with the seats down.

Standard features on this EV are plentiful and include heated leather seating throughout, fog lights, automatic headlights and a HomeLink universal garage-door opener, as well as Bluetooth wireless connectivity and automatic climate control. A seven-speaker Bose premium audio system and Nissan's Around View rearview camera are also available.

To learn more about the 2017 Leaf SL, its options, pricing and vehicle specs, contact Kirkland Nissan in Seattle, Washington to schedule a test drive. With the 2018 Leaf arriving soon, we need to make room in our inventory for new models, so hurry in today!

If you stop and think about electric cars, the Nissan Leaf is likely to come to mind. Since its launch in 2011, this EV has become synonymous with plug-in, all-electric power, known for its affordable price point, nice driving dynamics and user-friendliness.

And aside from its whisper quiet operation, unique aerodynamic design and battery power, you’d think the Leaf is just like any other five-passenger compact hatchback. But, we promise: it’s so much more.

Take the 2014 Leaf SV for example. It’s powered by a lithium-ion battery pack mounted beneath the vehicle’s floor, which pumps out 107 horsepower and 187 lb-ft of torque from the 80kW motor. Energy is directed to the front wheels by a single-speed reduction gear, enabling the EV to go from 0-to-60-mph in 10 seconds flat with a top speed of 90 mph. It also features a 6.6 kW onboard charger and 220-volt line, which juices up the Leaf in just five hours – more than enough time to gain a full charge for the drive home while at the office. Total range per charge is an impressive 84 miles.

Inside, the SV trim is outfitted with many nice touches, like a 7-inch display, six speakers and navigation. There’s also a helpful rearview camera, Bluetooth wireless communication, and heated front and rear seats – all standard!

Nice, right? To learn more about owning a used 2014 Leaf SV, contact us at Kirkland Nissan today. We have plenty of models to choose from at some of the best prices across Seattle, Renton and Bellevue.
At Kirkland Nissan, we are eagerly awaiting the all-new 2018 Leaf EV to hit our inventory, as are many Seattle area drivers. And, just this week, anticipation has grown even deeper after hearing news that the Leaf took top honors at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) annual Unveiled ceremony, which was presented by the Consumer Technology Association.

In fact, the 2018 Leaf didn’t receive one honor, but two, which cements what we have always known about this zero-emission vehicle – the Nissan Leaf is pioneering the way with innovative advancements that change how we lead our daily lives and lessen our carbon footprint.

At the CES, two Nissan technologies received recognition (ProPILOT Assist and e-Pedal technologies), earning the CES Best of Innovation Award Winner for Vehicle Intelligence and Self-Driving Technology, as well as the CES Honoree for Tech for a Better World. This is the 2018 Leaf’s first honors, but we expect many more to come.

Are you eager to get behind the wheel of a 2018 Leaf? We know we are! The new Nissan Leaf is currently on sale in Japan, but will be arriving at dealerships in North America and Western Europe over the next two months. As soon as we have inventory, we will be sure to share the excitement with all of our customers so that you can schedule a test drive in this truly remarkable EV.

In the meantime, we have many great new and preowned models in stock at our dealership. Click here to browse our online inventory or visit us at 11930 124th Ave NE in Kirkland, Washington.

Whether you want to reduce your carbon footprint or slash your monthly fuel costs altogether, a preowned all-electric 2013 Nissan Leaf S is an obvious choice. Best of all, you can find a four-year-old used model for under $10K, like at our dealership in Seattle, Washington.

The 2013 Leaf S is energized by a 24kWh lithium-ion battery pack, which is mounted beneath the floor. The 80kW/107-horsepower motor churns out 207 lb-ft of torque and can easily go from zero to 60 mph in about 10 seconds with a top speed of 90 mph.

As for the cost of ownership, Nissan claims its very affordable with a full recharge estimated at about three dollars, which equates to an 84-mile range. When compared to the rising cost of gasoline, this amounts to huge savings over the life of the EV.

But, one of the nicest features about this Leaf is how it drives. Aside from its whisper quiet operation, the 2013 Nissan Leaf S drives and handles like any mainstream vehicle, thanks to its smooth as silk regenerative braking system. The electric power steering is also light and nicely weighted for both highway and city driving.

Consumers used to driving in larger vehicles may assume they’ll feel less secure in a compact car like the LEAF. However, Nissan’s automobile excels in most safety categories—in fact, thanks to its electronic stability control and seat-mounted torso airbags, the IIHS awarded this model its highest scores in the “Moderate Overlap Front,” “Roof Strength,” “Head Restraints & Seats,” and “Side” tests. This means you’ll be able to scoot around Seattle, knowing that your passengers are in good hands.

The LEAF offers far more than efficiency. Instead a five-inch NissanConnect screen comes standard (improving upon the 'no-display' design from the previous year). This delivers access to a variety of tech options, including:

Bluetooth Hands-Free Calling.
Streaming Audio.
