These guys don’t communicate with each other. We wasted hours at the dealership test driving and getting a contract worked out and at the last minute we were told, “ oh this truck was sold 2 days ago”. We had taken a ferry into the city specifically to purchase this truck. How hard is it for the sales guys to put a sold sign on a vehicle? You would think they would have a bulletin board with inventory sales listed. Unacceptable!

Michelle Kellough, was extremely helpful navigating through our warranty options, we were presently surprised with what she found for us.
