Comfort has finally come to the half-ton market - with Nissan fusing its Titan XD Platinum Reserve with a meticulously styled cabin. Each detail has been thoughtfully integrated, elevating the highway experience for every passenger. Relax, Kirkland, and enjoy the ride.

According to My Fox Zone, the 2018 Titan XD boasts a class-leading cabin. Slip inside and discover leather-trimmed seating, with integrated lumbar support countering every muscle pain. The front cushions boast both heating and cooling technologies, while a memory system provides custom alignments. Soft-touch materials line the dash and center console, removing the sharp edges of traditional plastics; and Intelligent Climate Control delivers optimum temperatures (as well as remote key compatibility, allowing drivers to engage the system before they even cross their thresholds). A power tilting steering wheel ensures a precise fit; and ambient lighting pairs with an auto-dimming rearview mirror to counter the glare from passing cars.

To further delight, the Platinum Reserve platform also boasts eight individual bottle-holders and six sup-holders - sparing riders the frustration of fighting for console space. Finally achieve peace on those family road-trips.

Performance defies a one-size-fits all philosophy - which is why Nissan bolstered its 2018 Titan XD with two distinct engine options. Each emphasizes specific power ratios to accommodate driver needs, ensuring a bespoke experience with every mile.

No longer compromise, Seattle.

As the JD Power team explains, the new Titan XD offers two engines - a traditional combustible powerpoint and a diesel alternative. Let’s examine them both:

Traditional

The 5.6L Endurance V8 delivers exceptional strength - generating 390 HP (5,800 RPM) and 394 lb.-ft of torque (at 4,000 RPM). It pairs a fluid seven-speed automatic transmission with a robust RWD; and this ensures class-leading towing capabilities (up to 11,600 pounds of conventional trailering and 2,910 payload pounds) while on the backroads.

Alternative

The 5.0L Diesel V8 combines enhanced turbocharges with a potent 32-valve design to increase air intake levels. This allows it to deliver 310 HP (at 3,200 RPM) and 555 lb.-ft of torque (at 1,600 RPM). Its low redlines ensure optimum traction, with the truck quickly activating its high-range gear ratios on even the toughest terrains. This promotes stable control when hauling up to 11,280 pounds of conventional trailering and 2,710 pounds of payloads.

For drivers craving quick accelerations and best-in-class power the Endurance V8 will deliver superior results. The diesel option, however, offers value for long-haul commuters - embracing steady responses and smooth control.

The view proves obscure - half-hidden by a sloping C-Pillar, bursting with shadows and tight corners on its peripheral. You squint, trying to gauge the proper parking distance; but the too-loud scrape of your back bumper lets you know that you’ve failed. This will be a costly mistake.

Nissan wants to spare you another. This is why it’s paired the 2018 Titan XD with superior rearview support.

According to JD Power, the new Titan XD boasts the Around View monitor system. This four-camera collection enables drivers to accurately (and confidently) navigate even the tightest spaces. It provides a 360-degree real-time composite of the surrounding terrain, taking advantage of strategically mounted wide-angles lenses along the back bumper. Images are then streamed to the NissanConnect console to showcase the full span of the truck. Available Moving Object Detection technology warns of impending obstacles, while audio cues notify of improper lane alignments.

To further assist drivers, the 2018 Titan XD also features grid-line navigation - with the Around View monitor charting the most efficient reversal routes. Follow the pattern to ensure a fluid experience; and take advantage of the color-coded warning system (green designates clearance of up to 10 feet; while yellow represents three feet; and red signals 1.5 feet, respectively) to avoid any sudden collisions.

The Around View monitor proves perfect for those who seek to simplify parking. To learn more about this system contact our dealership today.
Sedans promise economy; mini-vans offer comfort; and hatchbacks deliver convenience, with their five-door profiles accommodating every storage need. Each of these platforms boasts value for Seattle drivers… except on the backroads. There they all fail, yielding weak responses and slow control.

This is why Nissan recommends its 2018 Titan XD PRO-4X - a pick-up that has been tailored for adventure.

As JD Power explains, the new Titan XD adapts to every terrain. 18-inch alloy wheel deliver all-season traction and deep treading, allowing the truck to push past all obstacles. Bilstein shocks anchor the chassis, pairing high-capacity springs with a double-wishbone suspension to ensure smooth handling; while a solid front axle provides a stable ride. Skid plates line the undercarriage, protecting both the transfer case and radiator from debris; and LED lighting systems frame the fascia and cargo-bed alike to offer 360-degree illumination. This lets drivers quickly identify the safest paths while traveling.

To further improve performance, the 2018 PRO-4X also features an available lift kit. This yields an additional three inches of height, with adjustable coil-over shocks bolstering the suspension. Ground clearance is increased and Seattle adventurers can more easily tackle rough terrains (rocks, river beds, and deep ruts will no longer prove a concern).

The 2018 Titan XD PRO-4X provides impressive off-road capability - making it an ideal option for those who crave more than highway experiences. To learn more about this truck contact us today.
Technology is a forgotten guest at the house of power and performance - with its digital offerings ignored and its Hi-Fi sounds muffled. It earns no seat at the table, and it’s greeted with no smile (unlike its V8 siblings and solid axle cousins).

Nissan believes this to be unfair, however - and so it’s redefined the rules of pick-up etiquette. Technology will no longer be overlooked by the market. Instead the 2018 Titan XD S will fully embrace it.

As JD Power explains, the Titan XD S has been tailored for a new generation of half-ton drivers - with Nissan emphasizing infotainment with every mile. Anchoring the revised tech suite is a high-definition 5.0-inch display screen, which yields voice-activated interfacing and capacitive swipe-to-zoom functionality (easily access custom applications, like Pandora or Yelp). Wireless Bluetooth links power every smartphone and tablet, ensuring quick connectivity; while a four-speaker sound system delivers crisp notes from the AM/FM stereo. An integrated USB port further enhances content options, allowing users to sync their favorite files directly to the truck. Upload music, audio books, and more with the press of a button.

With the release of the 2018 Titan XD S, Nissan provides more than mere technology. It also accommodates everyday digital needs - with its center console delivering a wide-mouth design that can house a 15-inch laptop. Bringing your devices along for the ride has never been easier.

No longer compromise infotainment for power. Instead allow Nissan to provide a comprehensive highway experience.

Beyond the pavement waits adventure - with the roads fanning out from Seattle, leading toward hidden coastal trails and forgotten mountain terrains. Exploration proves endless… and difficult; and your wheezing pick-up simply can’t accommodate these strange new miles. It huffs, puffs, and then sags in defeat.

Nissan believes it’s time for an upgrade.

The 2018 Titan XD has made its Seattle debut - and, according to the JD team, it proves a worthy addition to every expedition. Bolstered by an exclusive 4x4 transfer case system, this truck can traverse any terrain. It utilizes an advanced power-band to evenly distribute torque between the wheels, with sensors assessing changing environmental conditions (such as snow, mud, or sand) and identifying the correct gear ratio for each. This ensures seamless off-road management, with the V8 engine tuned to each specific mile.

To further enhance performance, the new Titan XD also boasts a suite of driver-assistance features. Descent control regulates speed on sharp inclines, monitoring both the steering column and the wheels to ensure stable motions. A limited-slip differential anchors the brakes, increasing all ABS responses to improve grippage; while hill start technology optimizes engine revs, allowing the truck to more efficiently climb. There is no road that can’t be conquered.

Standard no longer proves ordinary - with Nissan fusing its 2018 Titan XD fleet with a comprehensive suite of safety features. This half-ton platform redefines security on the highway, connecting drivers to intuitive technologies and peerless control. Fear the miles no more.

As Car and Driver explains, the 2018 Titan XD hosts a bevy of advanced standard features - ensuring that every trim level (from the S to the Platinum Reserve) offers superior support. Anchoring the platform is an airbag suite, which combines roof-mounted curtain inflatables with dual-stage front supplementals. These utilize rollover sensors to ensure precise engagement, greatly reducing the effect of every impact. Electronic traction control maintains stability, countering uneven terrain with gyroscopic monitoring and an active limited brake slip: both of which work in tandem to assess, and respond to, changing inclines. A tire notification system warns of waning pressure levels, while three-point ALR seat-belts boast integrated load limiters to promote secure rides. These will deliver a series of chiming alerts if the pretensioners are compromised.

To further improve each rev, the 2018 Titan XD also boasts a four-wheel brake system - which utilizes both vented technologies and force distribution to bolster stoppage. Together, they enhance the anti-lock speed, allowing the truck to more efficiently respond to the press of a pedal. This allows the tires to smoothly engage.

With the release of the 2018 Titan XD, Nissan brings class-leading features to Seattle. To learn more about this pick-up contact our team today.

Chic proves an unfamiliar word within the half-ton dictionary. Bulky lines and heavy panels instead define each truck - with drivers resigning themselves to a less than refined style.

With the release of the 2018 Titan XD, Nissan seeks to shatter this expectation - delivering a pick-up that proves both brawny and beautiful. No compromise is needed.

According to Car and Driver, the 2018 Titan XD is masterfully designed. Its lean profile - 242.7-inches long, 79.5-inches wide, and 78-inches high - brands it as unique in the segment, with its main competitors (the Ford F-150 and RAM 2500) proving hulking in comparison. 17-inch silver-painted steel wheels deliver five-spoke styling, while skid plates line the undercarriage. A chrome grille offers hexagonal mesh inserts; LED daytime running lights line the front; and black-capped mirrors feature wide angle-lenses and extendable bars, anchoring the sleek side panels.

The 2018 Titan XD also boasts available rocker moldings and running boards. These emphasize the truck’s athletic design, drawing eyes to the high-arched wheel wells and slim side panels.

Nissan believes that drivers deserve more than mere power (though none can deny the potency of the XD’s 5.6L V8, which yields 390 HP and 394 lb.-ft of torque). This pick-up proves ready to steal the spotlight with every mile.

What’s hotter than a Nissan Titan? How about a Smokin’ Titan – the automaker’s latest concept vehicle to appear at the 2018 Work Truck Show in Indianapolis, Indiana. Described as the dream vehicle for tailgating and barbequing enthusiasts, this truck transforms into a mobile grill with a 2018 Titan XD Gas King Cab as its base.

The Smokin' Titan was created by removing the factory bed and mounting it to a B&S custom trailer that's hooked up to the rear of the truck. The Titan’s existing tailgate was then replaced with a CM Truck Beds aluminum flatbed, which created three food prep stations, including a double burner stove, a Churrasco Brazilian wood cutting board, and a Teton Steel custom on-board sink and water storage system. There’s even a slide-out fridge and freezer, as well as a custom-built spice rack to complete the set-up. It promises a smokin’ good time with family and friends while you cheer on your favorite sports teams from the tailgate line.

From workhorse to grill master, the 2018 Titan XD does it all. To learn more, contact us at Kirkland Nissan in Seattle, Washington.
With the release of the 2018 XD, Nissan seeks to whet every driver’s all-wheel appetite - delivering a custom half-ton platform that will prove equally at ease on the backroads or the fry-line. The Smokin’ Titan has arrived.

According to Four Wheeler, Nissan has set its sights on the culinary world - introducing Seattle food fans to its Smokin’ Titan. This XD pick-up offers custom performance, with its chassis tailored for those who love to play, and prep, hard. An aluminum liner now defines the bed, delivering durability. A Partner Steel double-burner oven has been placed along the interior wheel-walls, while a Churrasco cutting board folds out from the sides. Step onto the running boards to quickly access the integrated 24x24 sink (a water system rests directly beneath the rear bay); and slide into the cabin to open an ARB refrigerator. It’s tucked beneath the flat-folding floor panels, along with an available spice rack.

The 2018 Titan XD has been engineered for epicurists - with Nissan fusing it with a series of dry-smoker boxes and char-grille sliding trays. These utilize the brand’s signature Utili-Track cleats to move freely across the bed, ensuring easy access for chefs as they chop, cut, and cure.

Barbecue will soon be mobile.
