The New Holland BR7090 Roll-Belt™ round baler for specialty crops is a “Roll-Belt” through and through— from wide and easy crop feeding to consistent, high density bale formation. But the newBR7090 5’ x 6’ round baler—with either 540- or 1000-rpmPTO—features crop-specific technology that further improves feeding and produces superior bales in tough conditions like cornstalks, large windrows of grass and hay, even straw. Compared to conventional four-tine bar pickups, the five-bar XtraSweep™ 2.07mPickup provides more consistent feeding in specialty and lighter crops, and greater durability when baling cornstalks.
 
Reinforced rubber-mounted tines ensure reliable performance in heavy crops by improving crop gathering (with its 160 teeth and 82” tine-to-tine width) and reducing downtime. Flexible tines resist bending and breaking and retain their fork design longer. An adjustable, easy-to-remove two-piece windguard reduces plugging to improve feeding in short crops while increasing capacity in big windrows. Any plugged residue can also be cleaned out more easily. Fingers on the baler’s external expeller roll remove debris that builds up inside the belts.
 
Front belt guides ensure proper belt tracking, which improves bale formation and increases belt life.
 
Pickup flares boost feeding in cornstalks and reduce plugging. The flares guide windrows into  the baler pickup and minimize material by shielding the gauge wheels.
 
A duckbill trash baffle brush cleans the duckbill each wrap cycle to minimize build-up of debris and potential net damage.
 
Select the optional, larger 21.5L x 16.1 flotation tires for maximum flotation.
