MEET YOUR ULTIMATE FARM HAND OVERVIEW ULTIMATE VERSATILITY
Whether you’re in search of a basic utility tractor to haul wagons and rake hay, or a daily workhorse to feed the cows and scrape the barnyard, a T4 tractor can easily be equipped to meet your needs. Choose from numerous options, including a flat-deck ROPS platform or the VisionView™ cab. You can also select a 2WD front axle, the standard-duty 4WD front axle or the heavy-duty FWD front axle. The choices are yours to make.

CLEAN AND EFFICIENT POWER
Your T4 tractor’s F5D engine benefits from a Cooled Exhaust Gas Recirculation (CEGR) system with a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) for Tier 4A emission compliance. This method enables your T4 tractor to maintain the same physical size as its predecessors, which is exactly what you expect in a utility tractor. When you’re looking to hire someone to work on your farm, what qualities do you look for? Maybe you think that your new helper should be versatile so that they can easily adapt to any job that you may ask them to do. Perhaps dependability is important as it ensures that they will report to work on time and get the job done right. Or, possibly you consider strength as a deciding factor for those rigorous and demanding tasks on your farm. Fortunately for you, New Holland has created the NEW T4 Series tractors: your ultimate farmhand.

THE DEFINITION OF DAILY DRIVER
Make no mistake, a T4 tractor is quite capable of being your daily driver, and it all starts with your comfort. The VisionView™ cab has been designed in the virtual world for the realities of the real world. When you climb aboard, you immediately notice how all of the controls that you use most frequently are located on the ergonomic CommandArc™ console on your right. A powerful air conditioner and full-size instructor seat further ensure daily comfort on your farm.

A GREENER SOLUTION THAT PUTS MORE GREEN IN YOUR WALLET
With CEGR, your engine also has a common rail fuel-injection system. The common rail method helps enhance combustion while simultaneously reducing your fuel consumption. Additionally, these engines generate their max power at lower engine RPMs than the previous generation New Holland engines to provide you with a larger constant power band and additional fuel savings.

JUST WHAT IT SAYS ON THE HOOD
A frequently asked question is “What horsepower is this tractor?” Look no further than the hood. Engine horsepower has been rounded up or down. For example, the model “T4.85” was established based on the tractor’s 84 horsepower engine.

POWER CURVE
THE VISIONVIEW™ CAB: OUR VISION. YOUR VIEW.
OPERATOR ENVIRONMENT: CAB

TAKE A SEAT
Four seats are available on cab models. Take your choice:
The standard fabric mechanical suspension seat, a fabric mechanical suspension seat without armrests, a fabric air suspension seat, and a fabric air suspension seat with 15° of swivel. A full-size instructor seat is also available to show someone else how you get your jobs done.

IT’S NOT A BIRD OR A PLANE. IT’S YOUR LOADER.
With the VisionView™ cab, you no longer have to lean forward to see your loader thanks to the optional high-visibility panel. This panel gives you a perfect view of your loader bucket when it’s extended to full height. You can open the panel to let fresh air inside the cab. If the sun’s rays get too hot, simply extend the integrated sunshade.

COOL TECHNOLOGY
The all-new, dual-zone, air conditioning system provides you with high performance during the hottest summers and the coldest winters. Air flows from ten repositionable vents for ultimate all-body comfort or super-fast window defrosting. The B-pillar mounted controls fall perfectly to hand and can be intuitively adjusted on the go.

THE DEFINITION OF ERGONOMICS
New Holland spent ample time considering where to place controls for all-day comfort and ease of operation. The result? The ergonomic CommandArc™ console. It’s located to your right, and prioritizes the controls according to which you use most often.

INFORMED INSTRUMENTATION
T4 instrumentation is always within perfect sight. On cab models, the easy-to-read gauges move in conjunction with the steering column whenever you change the position of the steering wheel using the provided foot pedal. The VisionView™ cab is the product of virtual reality. New Holland's vision of the view needed to safely and comfortably operate a loader is what drove the design for the VisionView cab. The outcome is clear. Take a look for yourself.

OPERATOR ENVIRONMENT: ROPS ERGONOMIC ROPS PLATFORM
Have no doubt, comfort and smart control placement come standard on all T4 tractors, whether equipped with a cab or a ROPS platform. From the isolator-mounted platform that reduces vibration, to the foot pedal that allows you to easily adjust your steering wheel, we’ve done our best to ensure that your open-air experience is an enjoyable one.

A TRUE FLAT-DECK PLATFORM
Legroom is spacious thanks to the true flat-deck platform and suspended pedals. This means that there’s no driveline hump and no pedals on the floor preventing you from keeping your feet level and flat anywhere on the floor.

TWO COMFORTABLE SEAT OPTIONS
A vinyl mechanical-suspension seat with armrests is standard to provide you with excellent comfort all day long. Or, choose the seat without armrests.

SMART STORAGE SPACES
ROPS models have additional storage compartments on both fenders since no cab air filters are needed. You can easily access these storage spaces from both the platform and from the ground.

DELUXE ROPS CONFIGURATION
This option comes with a FOPS-certified canopy, a cigarette lighter, clear plastic shielding on the grab rails to protect you from debris, and a noise reduction kit that consists of a rubber floor mat to reduce vibration.

PROVEN ENGINE AND EMISSIONS SYSTEM
New Holland’s strategy for Tier 4A compliancy is to equip tractors under 100 horsepower with CEGR systems. The cooling requirements, fuel savings, and costs associated with this system are less significant on this horsepower range in comparison to if it were installed on larger horsepower tractors. In addition, a utility tractor’s dimensions are of vital importance so that it can easily maneuver in tight spaces. Using a CEGR engine maintains your tractor’s physical size since its components are under the hood. To give you further peace of mind, New Holland’s engine development partner, FPT, has ample experience with CEGR on industrial trucks, developing over 90,000 F5 series engines during the past five years. Now that’s a proven solution.

ENGINE
RUGGED AND RELIABLE POWER
T4 tractors are packed with a powerful, 207-cubic-inch, 4-cylinder, F5D engine built by Fiat Powertrain Technologies (FPT). These engines are Tier 4A emission compliant, utilizing a Cooled Exhaust Gas Recirculation (CEGR) system and a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF).

COMMON RAIL IS COMMON SENSE
Common rail is a necessary component on CEGR engines because the system utilizes precision fueling during its regeneration cycle. Common rail was first introduced to the agricultural industry by New Holland in 2003, which means that these engines are the latest to reap its rewards. The benefits in comparison to conventional engines include:
• Reduced engine noise • Lower emissions
• Better combustion • Enhanced fuel economy
• Higher engine power density

EXCEPTIONAL FUEL ECONOMY
The Tier 3 engines found in T5000 Series tractors, the predecessors to the new T4 Series, established the benchmark for best-in-class fuel economy. Your new Tier 4A F5D power unit will continue the legacy, thanks to common rail technology that provides you with precision fueling. To put it simply, you maintain performance while controlling your fuel bill at the same time. Furthermore, maximum power is achieved at a mere 1,900 RPM and is available up to 2,300 RPM, which is typical for work applications. A flatter torque curve throughout the optimum range provides you with operational flexibility.

EASY SERVICING
A flip-up hood makes servicing your T4 tractor a breeze. Simply pop the hood and you can easily access your service points. Plus, all T4 models benefit from New Holland’s industryleading 500-hour service intervals. T4.115 F5D T5070 NEF

TORQUE CURVE TRANSMISSION TRANSMISSIONS TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS
Depending on your needs, you can equip your T4 tractor with the transmission that is well suited for you.

12X12 WITH MECHANICAL SHUTTLE
The standard transmission on all T4 tractor models is a 12x12 mechanical transmission. The mechanical shuttle is located on
the left-hand side of the steering console. This transmission is perfect for basic haying applications, like raking and tedding,
where shuttling is needed less frequently.

SMART SHIFTING
Regardless of the shuttle you choose, you receive a smart control layout that enables you to easily shift through your gears and ranges. The range lever,
located to your right at the bottom of the CommandArc™ console, provides you with three ranges to choose from. Above the range is the gearshift lever
to shift through four synchronized gears while on the move.

12X12 WITH POWER SHUTTLE
The 12 x12 transmission with power shuttle is perfect for loader work. This transmission provides operators with a synchronized gearshift lever on the CommandArc™ console. The power shuttle, located on the left-hand side of the steering console, has been designed to enhance your efficiency. When you shuttle forward or back, this lever conveniently returns to the central rest position, eliminating the need for you to move the shuttle lever back to the neutral position. To put the tractor in neutral, simply press the black button on the end of the lever.

CREEP THROUGH THE FIELDS
Two creeper options are available for your T4: a 20X12 with a mechanical shuttle that goes as slow as .12 mph (.19 kph) and a 20X20 with a power shuttle that goes .15 mph (.24 kph). This creeper lever is located on the CommandArcTM console on cab tractors and beside the console on ROPS models.

FRONT AND REAR AXLES MAGNIFICENT MANEUVERABILITY
Equip your T4 tractor with a front axle that’s right for you. Whether you need a basic 2WD axle for haying or a rugged, heavy-duty, limited-slip axle for loader work, the choice is yours on your ultimate farmhand.

2WD FRONT AXLE
Equip your T4 tractor with the optional 2WD front axle to create your ultimate haymaking farmhand. The 55-degree steering angle and 132-inch turning radius (without brakes) provide you with sharp turning, which is perfect for making turns at the end of your field when raking. You can adjust tread width from 57 to 79.7 inches to suit your spacing needs.

RUGGED REAR FLANGE AXLE
Unlike some competitors, New Holland’s robust rear axle will provide you with years of service. Regardless of whether you choose the standard-duty or heavy-duty flange axle, rest assured they’re ready for demanding applications, with impressive capacities of over 10,000 lbs. (4536 kg.).

IT PAYS TO WEIGHT
Rear weights are optional to keep you grounded when using a front loader. You can still utilize these weights even if you need to flip the dish of the rim for narrow applications.

HEAVY-DUTY 4WD FRONT AXLE
A heavy-duty 4WD front axle comes standard on your T4 tractor. This axle provides you with an impressive in-action capacity of 5,100 lbs. (2313 kg) at 4 mph (7 kph), making it a rugged axle for the most demanding environments. Use a switch on the CommandArc™ console to engage 4WD. In addition, you gain immediate four-wheel braking when you depress both pedals together. A 55-degree steering angle and 11-degrees of oscillation also yield a tight turning radius, which is perfect for the barnyard.

STANDARD-DUTY 4WD FRONT AXLE
The standard-duty 4WD front axle option provides you with the same specifications as the heavy-duty axle, but with an in-action capacity of 4,700 lbs. (2131 kg) at 4 mph (7 kph)—ideal for basic loader and field work.

REAR COMPONENTS: PTO, HYDRAULICS, AND THREE-POINT HITCH DURABLE, HEAVY-DUTY COMPONENTS
Whether you’re in search of easy-to-use controls or heavy-duty rear components, a T4 tractor has you and your productivity covered.

THE PULL AND PUSH OF A BUTTON
All T4 tractors equipped with cabs feature a hydraulic PTO, which is easy to activate with a pull of the yellow PTO knob on the CommandArc™ console. When you’re done running your implement, simply push the button down to shut it off.

THE PUSH AND PULL OF A LEVER
For a more economical option, if you equip your T4 with a ROPS and a mechanical shuttle, you will receive a PTO lever to the left of the operator’s seat. You can easily push this lever down to activate your PTO and pull it back up when you’re finished.

HOW MUCH WEIGHT CAN YOUR FARMHAND CURL?
There’s no need for this new farmhand to throw hay bales or fork manure to put on some muscle. If you need a strong worker, look no further than a T4’s rear three-point hitch lift capacity of 5,620 pounds (2549 kg). Need more? How does 7,351 pounds (3334 kg) sound? Just add another lift arm.

IDEAL HYDRAULIC REMOTES
Your remote levers will always be within an easy reach on the ergonomic CommandArc™ console. One or two rear remotes can be installed from the factory, while a third remote can be added at your local New Holland dealer.
