After a really bad experience at the last company I purchased a vehicle from, I was really not wanting to look into anything else.
My husband and I went in with him saying "we are just going to look so you can test drive one" and me saying "I'm absolutely not gonna buy a new vehicle for at least a couple years". After meeting Gavin and how easy going he was about everything, between showing me all the used ones with different set ups to a brand new 2024 nighthawk, I liked the truck and I didn't feel the pressure to buy however come time I said I liked this one and we talked finances, trade in, etc. Gavin let me throw out whatever offers I thought were reasonable or helped me want to say yes, he showed them and came back where we found a happy point. After buying the truck Gavin continues to be an amazing help between communicating even in off hours and as soon as possible during work hours, he gets answers and gets things booked at the earliest convenience which is a great help!
During the financial part we got the pleasure of dealing with Artur who also was amazing to deal with, he listened to things we wanted to add while keeping things reasonable for payments etc.
This vehicle purchase was one of the easiest I have ever had and continues to be a smooth process when needing services done. Gavin and Artur were both amazing and helped me decide to purchase the truck even though I went there absolutely against wanting one.
Highly recommend Gavin if anyone is looking for a new/used vehicle, no pressure and will answer or find answers to any questions you have!
