Latest Ford News In Penticton BC
It’s almost time, Kelowna and Penticton residents! Both the all-new 2021 Ford F-150 and Bronco made their debut in New York City this past week as part of the New York Stock Exchange opening bell ceremony, formally opening trading day on Wall Street. Tim Stone, Ford chief financial officer, performed the ring-in.

Of course—and we mean no disrespect to Mr. Stone—the stars of the show were the F-150 and the Bronco.

Revealed in June, the 2021 F-150 is slated to be the most powerful in its class with an all-new 3.5-liter PowerBoost™ full hybrid powertrain complete with Pro Power Onboard™, an integrated power generator to keep you at your best and most productive no matter where you are. Over-the-air updates further bolster this truck’s feature list.

Revealed in July, the 2021 Bronco introduces an all-4x4 lineup for the first time since 1996, including the first-ever four-door Bronco and more compact Bronco Sport. Reservations for the two- and four-door models have already topped 165,000.

The 2021 F-150 will become available this fall; the 2021 Bronco Sport and Bronco will hit dealerships in late 2020 and spring 2021, respectively. Call us now to learn more!

buy a ford gt near kelownaThere’s been a lot of buzz around the recently released Ford v Ferrari film, and the Big Blue Oval isn’t ready to let it die down. Today, as a nod to their historic Le Mans win in 1966, the company revealed two limited edition 2021 GTs—the ‘Heritage’ and the ‘Studio.’ Let’s tackle the former first.

The 2021 Ford GT Heritage Edition specifically commemorates the company’s first-ever 24-hour win by their GT40 Mark II at the Daytona endurance race in 1966 (four months later, all three of those vehicles took the top three spots at Le Mans). This new Heritage vehicle celebrates the past with a carbon-fiber hood, ’98’ side graphic, 'Frozen White’ exterior paint, and 20-inch gold-colored aluminum wheels with red lacquered Brembo monoblock brake calipers.

The exterior’s ‘Race Red’ accents on the roof, front fascia, driver’s door, and rear wing are matched by anodized red paddle shifters and Alcantara suede performance seats on the interior. Alcantara is also featured on the steering wheel’s rim, the instrument panel, and the headliner.

The 2021 GT will see delivery beginning early next year. Have questions or want to purchase a Mustang in the interim? Give us a call at Skaha Ford!
