Tacoma, you’re in for a serious treat when you invest in a 2017 INFINITI QX80. It’s a full-sized SUV that seats seven, but moreover, it’s a powerful machine that’s stuffed to the brim with luxury. “100 Rental Cars†has their full review below and, suffice to say, they were pretty blown away.
Let’s talk technology as a starting point. This SUV is filled with a myriad of features—so many that we can’t mention them all—but allow us to hit you with a few highlights. The leather seats are incredibly supple (this reviewer says they absolutely are worth the price of admission) and they are heated, just as you’d expect. Wood inlays in the dash and encircling the steering wheel are a gorgeous touch. An eight-inch touchscreen display readily highlights the fantastic voice-activated navigation system, and a sunroof overhead is a gorgeous touch.
Now, performance—is it going to be everything you were anticipating? This reviewer believes that’s highly likely. After all, the 2017 QX80 is outfitted with a 5.6L V8 engine that pumps out a ridiculous 400 horses and 413-lb.-ft. of torque. And when you consider that there’s a super smooth seven-speed automatic transmission and 20 MPG highway average on tap, it’s difficult to not be deeply impressed.
