When circumstances are less than optimal, or a loss of traction is either predicted or detected, the internal CPU will automatically divert up to 50% of the available torque to the front wheels. This on-the-fly adjustment enhances friction and contact to the pavement in order to deliver more stability in times of need.

Alternatively, in normal to good conditions, the system sends 100% of the energy to the rear tires. This RWD mode offers operators more responsive road performance so that they can truly enjoy the athletic prowess of this advanced crossover.
