The all-new 2019 INFINITI Q70 is here. In its standard model, this four-door, five-passenger ride comes to us in the 3.7 LUXE edition; but its appointments are anything but basic. Not only can you expect thrilling performance, but you can also enjoy the brand’s flagship sedan in either rear- or all-wheel- drive configurations.
For starters, as the nomenclature suggests, the Q70 is equipped with a 3.7-liter, 24 valve DOHC aluminum-alloy V6 engine. With Variable Valve Event and Lift technology, the advanced motor utilizes both mechanics and wires for a more precisely timed delivery of fuel and oxygen into the combustion chamber — resulting in greater energy return and more efficiency. With 330 HP at 7,000 rpm and 270 lb-ft of torque at 5,200 rpm, this cruiser isn’t afraid to show off.
Matched with a seven-speed, electronically-controlled automatic transmission, the car also benefits from Adaptive Shift Control. Capable of intuitively pre-selecting the next available gear based on velocity and driver inputs, the function ensures lurch-free transitions. Meanwhile, Rev Matching makes decelerating a breeze by preventing shock loads.
Where fuel economy is concerned, the RWD version sees 18 MPG in the city and 25 MPG on the highway, while the AWD delivers 18 MPG in town and 24 MPG on the open road.

As if this luxury sedan could get any sweeter, the 2019 INFINITI Q70 is available with the Premium Select Edition Package. Boasting both aesthetic and performance-focused upgrades, the PSE is for consumers with refined tastes. Beyond what is merely new and trendy, designers loaded this model with timeless appeal.
For starters, the exterior of this four-door, five-passenger car features dark chrome accents, as well as a muted lower rear bumper finisher. Combined with a subtle decklid spoiler and contemporary 20-inch wheels with a blackened gloss, the resulting sharp appearance promises to turn heads on Washington roads.
Inside the feel is of modern elegance. Fitted with semi-aniline leather, owners can choose from two interior colorways — stone or graphite. The seats also showcase contrast piping to add a hint of exuberance. The cabin includes suede-like headliners and exclusive laser-etched aluminum trims. Leaving no detail out, this version of the Q70 sees vanity-driven illuminated kick plates and unique floor mats with dual-tone edging.
Last, but certainly not least, this ride also includes "Sport" brakes — because if it’s going to look this athletic, it needs the equipment to match.

It’s hard to imagine how the 2019 INFINITI Q70 could ever best its already well-equipped previous generation model. However, with a number of innovative safety technologies, this new luxury sedan is indeed the latest and greatest.
Inspiring confidence in Washington motorists, the standard version of this four-door, five-passenger vehicle includes the brand’s Advanced Air Bag System with seatbelt and occupant classification sensors. So, in the event of an accident, only the necessary units will deploy. This reliable ride also features Zone Body Construction with exterior Crumple Regions specially designed to absorb energy on impact — thereby minimizing interior damage or injury.Â
To further impress, owners can opt for the ProACTIVE Package, which provides additional driver assist functions for increased security. For example, Blind Spot Warning and Intervention utilizes proprietary radars on the body of the vehicle that are capable of seeing past your line of vision. If a situation occurs where the commuter begins to change lanes at an inopportune time, the intelligent CPU will sound an alert and can also autonomously redirect the Q70 back into its rightful path.

Summer road trips are meant to be fun, but let’s face it...they can indeed be cumbersome when your backseat is loaded with kids or teens. However, when you add the Theater Package to your new INFINITI QX60, you can revel in peace and quiet — and your own choice of music — no matter how long the drive.
To further impress, the kit also includes two wireless headphones so that whatever your passengers are watching in the backseat is sound-independent from your choice of music or amusement in the front. On top of that, there are two rear audio jacks with volume control, so that all riders can enjoy the programming. Operated by way of remote control, the entire system interacts with its components so seamlessly that you may just feel like you’re at home on your couch.
Additionally, the TP also includes two separate power outlets — one 120V, and one 12V — for charging your devices on the fly.

For consumers who spend a lot of time in their cars and on the road, adding the Driver Assistance Package to your new INFINITI QX60Â makes perfect sense. Not only do the added features in this upgrade streamline your commuting experience, but they also help to prevent and reduce motorist fatigue.
For starters, Intelligent Cruise Control makes your highway travel next to effortless. Utilizing a series of radars on the body of the vehicle, the ICC function is capable of monitoring traffic patterns and adjusting the pre-set speeds to match the flow. Similarly, Distance Control Assist is a secondary security offering that maintains a user-selected length between the front bumper of your QX60 and the cars ahead.
Meanwhile, functions such as Blind Spot Warning and Backup Collision Intervention aid you in more serious times of need. Thanks to sonars located around the vehicle, BSW is able to see where you cannot and will alert you if there happens to be an obstacle in your way. BCI works by notifying the operator of potential hazards in the rear. In the event of a possible accident, the intelligent CPU will step in and apply pressure to the breaks in order to prevent a crash or, at the very least, reduce the speed of impact.
