For example, the PA trim includes Intelligent Cruise Control, which is operative on a full-speed range. When engaged, the ICC system monitors the traffic ahead and will autonomously adjust the preset velocity depending on the flow and pace of vehicles in front of you. This function works well with the Distance Control mode, which allows the user to choose from three options â€“ short, medium, or long. When selected, your QX60 will then maintain the desired length between itself and other automobiles in its path.

The PAP also features Lane Departure Warning and Intervention, which seamlessly operate in conjunction with one another. Utilizing a collection of sensors and radars, the internal CPU can see beyond your line of vision and alert you of objects in your path. In the event that you do attempt to change paths when it's unsafe to do so, the QX60 will automatically re-direct itself back into its rightful track.
