Nissan, however, does - which is why itâ€™s bringing the 400z to Seattle.

According to Motor Authority, Nissan is revving up its production lines. Soon it will start assembling the 400z (a successor to the 370z) and across Seattle critics are rejoicing. Early specs for this platform promise extraordinary power, with a 3.0L twin-turbocharged V6 engine anticipated. A rear-wheel-drive will offer superior traction, utilizing a dynamic digital suspension to assess terrains and adjust performance ratios as needed; while an electric-assisted steering column will provide nimble responses, enabling riders to quickly adapt to changing conditions through integrated cruise control sensors. When these technologies combine, they should yield class-leading power - with 400 HP and 350 lb.-ft of torque expected on the base model.

Craving further power? Nissan will also offer a NISMO version of the 400z - which should deliver 475 HP and 451 lb.-ft of torque. This upgrade comes courtesy of the intuitive AWD and sport-tuned V6.

No official release date has been provided for the 400z. We expect, however, to see this platform revving down the Seattle streets soon.

Power is coming to Seattle - with the new 400z revving its way down the production line. This Nissan speedster (which is currently slated for a summertime release in 2019) will shatter every sedan record, leaving a trail of smoke and crying competitors in its wake.

According to Business Insider, Nissan is gearing up for the ultimate performance reveal - with its 2019 400z rumbling to 399 HP and 350 lb.-ft of torque. Anchored by a 3.0L V6, it promises class-leading capability: blending twin-turbochargers with direct-injection precision. An all-wheel-drivetrain is expected (with a sport-tuned suspension and racing tires delivering superior track responses); while a dual-clutch seven-speed automatic transmission will take full advantage of the 6,400-redline, smoothly shifting to each gear range.

To further propel the 400z past the competition, Nissan will fuse it with a shorter wheelbase - creating a more fluid design language that emphasizes aerodynamic side panels and slim fenders. This will allow the sedan to glide across the pavement with ease.

Performance will soon receive an upgrade - with Nissan readying the world for its 400Z NISMO. This platform (which should make its North American debut in 2020) will redefine speed, bringing a twin-turbocharged engine to the highway.

Prepare, Seattle, for a new kind of coupe.

According to The Drive, the 400Z NISMO will revitalize the market. Anchored by 3.0L V6 engine, this platform should yield a staggering 475 HP and 415 lb.-ft of torque. Its lean body (177.9-inches long, 74.4-inches wide, and 48.8-inches high) will boast aggressively-sculpted fenders and a sharp roofline to promote aerodynamics; while twin-turbochargers will optimize every rev, utilizing direct-injection capability to propel the all-season tires forward. A RWD will offer stable handling, balancing the estimated 3,700-pounds of curb weight to maximum effect.

The 400Z - which will serve as the sport coupe successor of the much-beloved Z3 - will allow drivers to experience full-throttle excitement on the highway. Though no official speed ratios have been confirmed, critics anticipate a 0 to 60 run of less than five seconds (thanks to the smooth dual-clutch and drag-reducing architecture).
