The Emerald City Ride is a 12-mile bike race that starts at Pyramid Alehouse and goes through the new SR 99 tunnel (car-free), passes through Fremont and Gas Works Park, heads down I-5 via express lanes, and moves through the International District. All registered riders will receive a commemorative souvenir; t-shirts will be available for purchase. Perhaps best of all, the event is a fundraiser that makes Seattle a safer place to bike.
