Fall is an exciting time in the automotive world as word of next model year vehicles are released. Nissan recently announced pricing for the forthcoming 2019 Leaf plug-in and we have good news â€“ the MSRP for all three trim levels of the worldâ€™s best-selling electric vehicle will remain unchanged from 2018.Â

It will also continue to boast the same 150-mile range and intelligent high-tech features, such as ProPILOT Assist and e-Pedal, but with the addition of an important standard safety feature, known as Rear Door Alert. It is the industry's first system that uses the horn, along with door sensors and a message displayed in the instrument panel, to remind drivers to check the back seat after the Leaf is parked. The goal is to prevent heat-related incidents with children and pets.

Pricing for the 2019 Leaf starts at $29,990 for the S trim, then works its way up to $32,490 for the mid-range SV grade and caps off at $36,200 for the top-of-the-line SL. Destination and handling is $895 for all models.
