The new generation of Raptor performance will soon begin - with Ford unveiling its 2023 F-150 R. This light-duty pick-up was recently spotted on the brand's proving grounds, and North Battleford critics have been scrutinizing every detail.Â

According to Motor One, the 2023 F-150 Raptor R is revving closer toward production. Ford stripped this platform of all camouflage and sent it roaring down the streets - much to the delight of photographers. Visible for the first time was the truckâ€™s revised front grille, which featured deep-set halogen lights flanking a mesh background. The brandâ€™s signature emblem was etched into the centre, and just below it saw the inclusion of connecting skid plates.Â

This created a rugged first impression - which was then followed by a series of additional revelations. Black wheel moulding emphasized the sculpted sides, complemented by running boards; while the hood delivered a punch of contrasting colour with an integrated vent panel. Dual-exhaust tips peeked out at the rear, and the new R emblem was seen on the bumper. This Raptor ride thrilled from every angle.
