It’s the 2023 Maverick.

Anchored by a 2.5L inline-four engine and 1.1 kWh lithium-ion battery, the new Maverick dominates the highway - yielding up to 191 HP and 155 lb.-ft of torque. Its automatic CVT affords smooth control, while the standard front-wheel configuration reduces drive-line loss and improves overall traction. This allows the truck to deftly navigate tight turns and off-road trails alike. Additionally, consumers can anticipate segment-leading economy: with 42 MPG in the city and 33 MPG on the highway estimated.

Comparatively, the 2023 Toyota Tundra leaves drivers underwhelmed - with its 2.7L four-cylinder engine offering a mere 159 HP. Estimated mileage reaches only 20 MPG in the city and 23 MPG on the highway, and there is no hybrid option currently available. This will limit performance options in Saskatchewan.
