I was a little hesitant about bringing my 2010 Ford Focus back in for an oil change but I made an appointment and was greeted and taken care of promptly. The shuttle took me to work and picked me up, they cleaned my car both inside and out. I had a coupon I wanted to use but it turned out it was for a certain kind of repair but to my surprise there was another coupon on my contract that had not been redeemed and the service was free. The Service person Anthony was Awesome he made sure I was well taken care and he made my day!

My experience went really well in the service department even though I did not buy vehicle there. Dropped off my car with a check engine light and they worked well with me and kept me informed of what was going on. While they did warranty repair they looked over the rest of the vehicle and gave recommendations on other wear items that were in need of repair. The best part is the free shuttle with a 10 miles radius. I didn't have to bug a friend or get an Uber.

Garry was very knowledgeable and excellent. Very quick in and out service. It was my first oil change with my brand new 2017 Explorer. I prefer taking my cars to the dealer. As long as they are price competitive with other oil change places. I like the idea of having the same place do the work and keeping accurate service records. They rotated my tires. That saved me another stop and gave me back an hour of my life or more. Great place! Also have great WIFI for getting work done while waiting for your vehicle. I will be back for my next scheduled service.

I have used Sound Ford a couple of times in the last couple years. Once for a recall which they took care of in a timely manner. The last was to figure out what was going on with my brakes, which had been bugging me for quite some time. I had asked other service places and the answer was always "your brakes are fine". Sound Ford found the issue the same day I took the car in and they are finally "fine". I've had my Escape for ten years, a long time, but it has been a great car. Sound Ford is very helpful, gave me a loaner car to use for the two days they were working on my car. I'm very happy with their service.
