It’s the third year in a row that the heavy duty has won the prestigious "Golden Calipers".The award is based on five components: performance, efficiency, design advancement, engineering excellence, and safety. The TRX beat out its biggest competitors, the Jeep Gladiator, Nissan Frontier, Nissan Titan, and Ford Super Duty, in every category.
MotorTrend credits the RAM's win to its suspension, interior touches, 702-horsepower Hellcat engine, and, in particular, its redesigned chassis.
