With the unveiling of the 2022 Gladiator, available at St. Paul Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Alberta, Jeep is bringing its open-air experience to the midsize truck segment. With removable top options, doors and a folding windshield, nothing is stopping you from feeling the wind in your hair and the sun on your face in the new Gladiator.For the 2022 model year, the Jeep Gladiator comes standard with a black Sunrider Softtop, which features an easy-to-use zipperless design that glides open with the help of spring-loaded support bars. Made from heavy-duty, waterproof cloth material, this soft top is designed with quality in mind. If you prefer a solid roof, the 2022 Gladiator also offers a Freedom Top Modular Hardtop, which features a three-piece design that’s light and easy to remove. With this top, you can take off all three sections or customize your open-air experience by removing just the two front panels.
Made from lightweight aluminum, the Gladiator’s doors are also intended for easy removal with the included tool kit. You can even flip down the aluminum-framed windshield by simply unfastening and folding the panel and securing it to the hood with the provided straps.

The 2022 Jeep Gladiator, which is coming to St. Paul Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Alberta, delivers standard safety features to enhance your on-road confidence. Whether driving on the highway or off-beaten path, you’ll feel protected and secure in this midsize truck.All 2022 Gladiator trims come equipped with Electronic Stability Control, which enhances the directional control and stability of the vehicle under various driving conditions. Hill Start Assist is also standard and is designed to help you accelerate from a complete stop while on an incline. This system is paired with Traction Control, which uses the brakes and engine torque to limit how fast the wheels can spin to improve grip on slippery surfaces.

This system uses sensors to recognize excessive trailer sway and regain control by reducing engine power or applying the brakes to the appropriate wheels. With the release of the 2022 Jeep Gladiator expected this fall, it’s almost time to gear up and get ready for adventures in Alberta. At St. Paul Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, we’re excited for this five-passenger, four-door midsize truck’s arrival. Built for the toughest trails, heavy towing and weighty payloads, this is a model you don’t want to miss out on.The 2022 Gladiator will be offered with standard 4x4 and two engine choices, including a 3.6L V6 with 285 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque and a diesel-powered turbocharged 3.0L V6 with 260 hp and 442 lb-ft of torque. When properly equipped with the gas engine and six-speed automatic transmission, the Gladiator can tow up to 2,041 kg. For more brawn, the eight-speed automatic transmission offered on the Sport S, Overland, Mojave and Rubicon models increases the towing capability to 3,469 kg.
Featuring a 1.6-m cargo bed, the 2022 Gladiator also includes a three-position tailgate that makes it easy to carry 726 kg of payload. You can also transform the Jeep into an open-air pickup with its removable doors and a folding windshield.
