ENGINE ONLY COVERAGE:
ENGINE; All internally lubricated parts, pistons, piston rings, wrist pins, crankshaft, connecting rods, rod and main bearings, cam bearings, cam followers, timing case cover, timing chain, timing gears, timing chain tensioners, intake valves and exhaust valves, valve guides, valve seals, valve springs, valve retainers, valve stem seals, rocker arms, rocker arm shafts, pushrods, lifters, fuel transfer pump, oil pan, oil cooler, oil pump housing, gears, pickup tube, screen, pressure relief valve and relief springs. Turbos, Water Pumps, Fuel Injectors and ECM are included for the first year of coverage. Seals, gaskets, engine block, cylinder liners and cylinder head casting are only covered if damaged by a covered component listed above.
OPTIONAL COVERAGES;
AFTER EXHAUST TREATMENT SYSTEMS; The exhaust after treatment coverage is optional and includes the following components only; BPV regen valve, BPV control cylinder, BPV pressure sensor after valve, DEF pump, DEF doser and nozzle, DEF level sensor, DEF temp sensor, DEF heater control relay and control valve, DEF heating element, DOC catalyst, DPF filter, DPF hydro doser injector, DPF manifold, DPF back pressure sensor, DPF fuel pressure sensor, EGR valve(s), EGR cooler assembly, ECU after treatment ECM, ECU dosing ECM, SCR catalyst, SCR temp sensors pre and post, DOC temp sensor pre and post, NOx sensor. This optional available for up to 4 years.
TRANSMISSION: is for standard or automatic transmissions. Coverage includes all internally lubricated parts; bands, drums, governors, shafts, gears, planetaries, oil pump, sprags, bearings, bushings, shift rail, shift fork, synchronizers, sun gears, torque converter. Gaskets seals and case are covered only in conjunction with a covered part failure
REAR AXLE includes all internally lubricated parts including output shafts, bearings, gear sets, ring and pinions, axle shafts, carrier case, power dividers, differential locks, clutch packs. Gaskets, seals and rear end housings are only covered in conjunction with a covered part failure. When you select Transmission and Rear Axle coverage it is for the entire term of any plan you choose.
ADDITIONAL COMPONENT PACKAGE
Fuel Injectors, Fuel Pumps, Turbos, Water pumps and ECM’s are all included in the standard rates for up to one year or 160,000 kms of coverage. You can elect to extend the coverage term for these components for 2, 3 or 4 years.
TAXES AND FLUIDS: Associated federal and provincial taxes where applicable and required fluids to complete covered repairs. When optional Transmission and Rear Axle coverage is selected, the coverage is for the entire length of any plan selected.
In The Event of a Covered Breakdown; Truck Master Warranty will pay or reimburse for the parts and labor costs to repair or replace covered parts listed below (including replacement of all lost fluids), less applicable deductible, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations herein.Fuel Injectors, Fuel Pumps, Turbos, Water pumps and ECM’s are all included in the standard rates for up to one year or 160,000 kms of coverage.
