I was pleasantly surprised…dog friendly!! First dealership I’ve ever been too that has a space for your dog. And they have a dog mascot. The customer service was above and beyond. The manager actually met and chatted with me upon arrival. Very friendly, and inviting. And can I tell you about the homemade cookies. Definitely stands out above the rest.

Went in for the first time for an oil change. Chad was awesome and kind! Hope he’s always there to help! They also washed my car and vacuumed the inside. Waiting area was super clean. Loved all of the snack and drink options. They also solved my concern of my passenger seat not working.

We previously had Brandon as our Service Advisor for years. However, he has moved on. We were nervous about finding someone we can trust again. Upon our first appointment with Brandon being gone, we were greeted by Eric who had a welcoming demeanor. He has been our Advisor since then. He is honest and has a great sense of humor. He goes out of his way to ensure we are comfortable and all questions are answered. Thank you for all you do, Eric!

Gabby demonstrated excellent customer service. She was knowledgeable about the vehicles, was able to answer my questions and addressed my concerns. Both Dan and Corey were professional and accommodating, as was Gabby. I will definitely refer friends and family to Infinite of Tacoma at Fife!
