Have you heard the news? While you might already know that Nissan is innovative when it comes to its vehicles, they’re actually very committed to breaking down barriers in terms of marketing, too. Recently, the automaker made waves when it used a New York City-based pop-up shop to promote the Leaf.
Held on the Lower East Side, this pop-up was large enough to accommodate an actual vehicle and had adequate room to allow visitors to test drive cars outside. Storefront, which is like Airbnb for retail space, was used to acquire the location. Eventbrite was trusted with invitations for guests, who attended at no charge and were given a tour by experts. After their time behind the wheel, attendees were invited to sample fresh-squeezed juice or indulge in a massage.
Does this marketing sound hip, all-natural, and unique? If so, that’s because the 2019 Nissan Leaf is founded on these principles. The electric vehicle is good for the planet and will save you time and money otherwise spent pumping wasteful gasoline. The automobile is innovative, featuring heated seats, SiriusXM radio, and remote keyless entry.
