Move over, Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey – the 2017 Nissan Quest SV is here, providing Seattle families with better value. Boasting a spacious cabin that accommodates up to seven, this minivan offers a lot of vehicle for the money.
Â
Â
Under the hood, the 2017 Quest comes with a 260-horsepower, 3.5-liter V6 mated to a smooth continuously variable automatic transmission. For this model year, the CVT now incorporates Nissan's D-Step shift logic, which simulates gear changes and provides a more familiar driving experience. Fuel economy is impressive too, netting 20 mpg in the city and 27 mpg on the highway.
Â
Slip inside and you’ll love this van’s spacious seven-passenger layout. The second row offers two individual chairs, which is often reserved for higher-trims in other brands. Front- and second-row passengers have plenty of legroom (43.8 inches and 40.5 inches, respectively) with easy access to the third-row. Cargo utility is commendable with 108.4 cu.ft. of volume. There is also a hidden rear cargo area for valuables and fold-flat second- and third-row seats.Â
Â
Standard features on the SV are quite plentiful and a nice step-up from the base trim. Power-sliding side doors make loading kids and gear a dream, while the tri-zone automatic climate controls keep everyone comfortable. A 5-inch color display with a rearview camera comes in handy when in busy lots and the Bluetooth connectivity systems offers hands-free calling.
