Customers may have a choice between picking up an order they have placed or having it delivered to you by a third party courier. You may be provided confirmation for when your order has been replaced and received by a staff member, including when it be ready for pickup or delivery. We do not make a guarantee of when the order will be ready or delivered to you. Liquor Warehouse is not responsible for any delays in receiving or in having you order ready. For pickup orders please do not arrive to the store until you have been notified that your order is ready. By ordering alcohol, you signal you are of legal age to purchase and consume alcohol in the area where the alcohol is being delivered or picked up. Customers are not allowed to order or pickup for any person under legal age in the applicable area. You acknowledge and agree that third party couriers may require 2 pieces of government issued photo ID matching the name on the order and proving your age. The recipient may not be intoxicated when receiving a delivery. If any of these requirements are not met to the couriers standards, the products may be withheld and any refund is at the discretion of Liquor Warehouse or the third party courier. If the alcohol order is to be delivered, the delivery address must be a residential, private or business. For greater certainty, alcohol orders may be subject to time and location restrictions.

Liquor Warehouse reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Customers must understand that their contact information (not including payment or credit card details) may be unencrypted and transferred involving transmissions over various networks, or changes to conform to technical requirements.
