BEAUTIFUL weather at the VANCOUVER BOAT SHOW for 2014 ~

we are partnered with DISCOVER BOATING to do short demonstration rides on small power boats & sailboats ~ here's club member KAY enjoying a quick 40 knot ride on the GLACIER BAY catamaran ~ can't wipe the smile off his face

four days down - last one is our new BC FAMILY DAY ~ what a better way to spend family day could there be than to check out the BOAT SHOW?


we've had the crew from the JIB SET & some of our instructors taking out people for boat rides on power boats and sail boats - gettting the best for boating instruction and sailing instruction as well as our fun filled clubs - our fun centre also has the bbq running from 2-4pm so you can grab a hot dog and some snazzy cupcakes courtesy of goodies2go ~

The boat show brings out many different types of folks. It was too wet for expensive camera equipment Thurs at the Vancouver Boat Show Annex at Granville Island so our photographer Dean Churra concentrated on BC Place Stadium. Here are a few of his amazing shots that really captured the moment.

After 2 solid days of rain which can be hit or miss for this time of year on Vancouver’s ‘Wet Coast’ people were lined up for today’s opening Boat Show’s Annex located just beside Cooper Boating’s office on Granville Island.

Although it doesn’t look like the sun is going to shine today it still looks like its turning out to be a great day for coming down to the boat show.
