It’s no secret that change is not always welcomed with open arms. Kind of like getting a new haircut, it can be hard to let go of the familiar. However, when you come out of the salon looking like a million bucks, the transition is easy, and there is little to lament.
That’s precisely the case with the all-new INFINITI Q50. While there was, of course, lots to love about previous model years, the 2018 rendition features a refreshed look that the Reading Eagle suggests, "pushes the limits of sedan-styling."
The stunning architecture is characterized by a sculpted front fascia, an aerodynamic profile, and dramatic, athletic stance. Sitting low to the ground, it’s an attention-commanding 71.8 inches wide and 189.6 inches in length.
Deep set fog lights complement a pair of multi-mode jeweled LED headlamps that give off a stealthy gaze. Sharp character lines extend back along the hood from the double-arched grill, ultimately leading the eye down the contours of the vehicle.
Meanwhile, the back side of this luxury crossover showcases fluidity in design through a revised rear end. Chiseled fenders bode well with dual chrome-tipped exhaust outlets to pull together a dramatic expression. Wrap-around LEDs are connected by an extensive chrome strip that contributes to this powerful ride’s brawny appearance.
Since we have already discussed in length the fact this 2019 model will come equipped with the VC-Turbo Engine—the world’s first production-ready variable compression ratio motor—as well as how the advanced powertrain will improve fuel economy and emissions, let’s turn the conversation to its eye-catching appearance.
Built on an entirely new platform for front-engine allowances, a sleek and aerodynamic architecture showcases a significant revamp from previous models. The entire cabin has been moved forward to create a more fluid and elongated look. This extension allows for a full expression of sharply defined character lines on the body. A double-arch front grille features diamond mesh to add a hint of authority to the confident exterior. Meanwhile, signature LED headlamps are angled for style and give the impression of a piercing gaze.
While appearances certainly aren’t everything, this empowering ride truly needs to be seen up close and personal. Contact our dealership today to learn more about the QX50 and take it for a test drive.

Wouldn’t it be nice to get behind the wheel of your vehicle and be confident in its ability to deliver a smooth ride every time? Whether heading to the office or cruising Seattle's downtown, you deserve a car that will get you there in custom-tailored comfort.
That car is the 2018 INFINITI Q60, and its smoother ride is thanks to its all-new Dynamic Digital Suspension (DAS).
Tasked with the responsibility of monitoring the vehicle’s roll, bounce rate, and pitch, this advanced system single-handedly reduces unwanted steering feel and unsavory vibrations. A new set of electronically adjustable dampers are at the heart of the suspension and regulate control of the variable damping force. This, coupled with the stiff body, delivers an elevated sense of comfort. Due to the fact that every Q60 buyer is unique, the DDS can be customized based on personal preference for either a smooth or firm ride. These two options are made conveniently available through the coupe’s Drive Mode Selector.
Feel more, or less, of the road from behind the wheel of the new 2018 INFINITI Q60 equipped with Dynamic Digital Suspension. Call or stop by to learn more.

The INFINITI QX50 has just arrived - but it's already making a big impression. This luxury crossover recently snagged the spotlight at the 45th annual Twin Cities Auto Show, stunning critics with its world-first technologies and aggressive design.Â
The premium compact SUV boasts much more than the luxury brand’s newest design language. Two decades of INFINITI engineering has resulted in the world’s first variable compression (VC) engine, which has subsequently made its debut beneath the hood of the 2019 QX50. This class-exclusive motor changes its compression ratio via a seamless and intelligent multi-link system. Occurring in less than one second, the piston contracts to a 14:1 ratio for improved efficiency before extending its reach to 8:1 for enhanced performance.
Intuitive in design and deed, the multi-link VC-Turbo responds according to driver behavior. Aggressive throttling, for example, will result in a full-retraction of the system, while a steady mix of normal input will return constant variations of the compression ratio.
Experience this world-first technology by visiting our showroom and taking the 2019 INFINITI QX50 for a test drive.

Earlier this year, INFINITI previewed its next generation of automobiles with the Q Inspiration Concept. The car and overall vision offered an exciting look to the future of the industry.
Showcasing the luxury brand’s new “Powerful Elegance†design language, the progressive manifestation evokes a sense of minimalism and attention to detail. With an ever-so-slightly elongated body, it possesses the sporty panache of a coupe, while maintaining the functionality of a four-door sedan. The interior assumes an open concept and human-centric cockpit and backseat—meaning, more room to relax and enjoy the ride.
Complete with the latest in ProPilot Assist Technologies, it reimagines the driving experience to liberate the operator from both mundane and stressful situations. With the push of a button, the next-gen vehicle can assume control and seamlessly adjust to any obstacles on the road. Using specialty cameras and radars, it can accelerate, slow down, or match pace with others, predict potential collisions and auto-correct or emergency brake if need be.
Unfortunately, the Q will not be for sale, but the new QX50 is the first of many INFINITI rides to incorporate this in-depth and advanced motorist support. Stop by our dealership to check it out.

Seattle drivers can rest assured knowing that they are getting the most bang for their buck when they pull away in the new 2018 INFINITI QX80.
Recently selected as the winner for Kelley Blue Book’s Cost To Own Awards in the "Best Luxury Full-Size SUV/Crossover" category, this ride is not just formidable in its bold proportions (a whopping 79.9 inches wide, 210.2 inches in length and 75.8 inches in height)—it performs well, too. Chosen based on common factors such as fuel costs, functionality, and depreciation, the new QX80 asserts its position as a leader in the ranks.
With a 5.6-liter V8 engine, it easily generates 400 HP and 413 lb-ft of torque, while still earning 14 MPG in the city and 20 MPG on the highway—impressive stats for a vehicle that weighs three tons and is capable of towing up to 8,500 lbs.Â
Â
New technologies - such as an operator-adaptive learning algorithm that auto-adjusts shifting based on driving style and Hydraulic Body Motion control which monitors force and delivers variable pressures to the suspension system to create a smoother ride - all add to the resiliency of this vessel.

Considering the exorbitant prices of gasoline these days, it is an exceptionally nice perk when your vehicle is ranked highly for fuel economy. Thanks to its all-new VC-Turbo engine (which utilizes optimized compression ratios), the 2019 INFINITI QX50Â delivers both low emissions and cost-effectiveness.
Where previous QX50 models still managed to pull an impressive-for-their-size 17 MPG in the city and 24 MPG on the highway, According to Road Show, the Environmental Protection Agency recently rated the newly upgraded 2019 version at 24 MPG and 31 MPG respectively—a significant improvement by any standard that naturally equates to less time spent at the pump.
However, this advancement in the world of engine technology is not only good for your wallet; it is good for the atmosphere as well. This proprietary powertrain wizardry also helps to improve the QX50’s rating on the greenhouse gas and emissions scale by two points, jumping from a four to a six. While this may not seem like a noteworthy development, on a 10-point system, those numbers are meaningful.
Stop by our dealership today to learn more about this cutting-edge ride and take it for a test drive.

When purchasing a vehicle, there is a lot to consider—not the least of which is the sticker price. However, while it should indeed be a factor in your decision-making process, the initial cost only counts for so much. Other variables, such as fuel economy and depreciation are often an afterthought, leaving owners dumbfounded for value.
With three rows built to seat up to seven passengers, not only is it big enough to safely transport your precious cargo, but it is mighty too. Equipped with a recently updated 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces 295 hp and 270 lb-ft of torque, this reliable steed earns 22 MPG combined for both the FWD and AWD models.
Its size (big, but not too big), versatility (easy access to third-row accommodation as well as folding seats for when you need to maximize storage space), and eye-catching design (did we mention, it looks really good?) all contribute to its high ratings. The QX60 doesn’t just make economic sense in the present; it has been proven to hold its value over-time. What more could an owner want?

As if we could be more excited about the release of this state-of-the-art crossover, the 2019 INFINITI QX50 is changing the future of the automotive industry. It will make its grand introduction into the marketplace this month, and with it comes the “world’s first production-ready variable compression ratio engine.†(Now say that ten times fast.)
What Nissan’s luxury brand is calling the VC-Turbo is a proprietary 2.0-liter generator that utilizes advanced internal combustion technology to create a product that optimizes for both fuel and efficiency. While requiring a significant—and long overdue—re-working of the traditional mechanics of a piston-driven powertrain, the results speak for themselves. The 2019 QX50 can produce 268 HP and 288 lb-ft torque — a substantial improvement from the 208 HP and 258 lb-ft from previous models.Â
Â
Simply put, the engine uses a multi-link system (and a little bit of magic) to manipulate the reach of the pistons. Simultaneously, it also detects driving conditions and operator inputs. With this information, it then selects the most suitable compression ratio. The result is the power and torque of a diesel combined with the high-performance and fuel economy of a four-cylinder gasoline motor.
Honestly, words don’t do it justice. Want to experience the VC-Turbo in action for yourself? Stop by our dealership today to learn more and set up a test drive.
