This state park is located in both Kirkland and Kenmore, Washington and offers 316 acres to explore. A member of the Washington State Park System, it features forests comprised primarily of Western Redcedar, Bigleaf Maple, Pacific Madrone, Coast Douglas-fir, and Western Hemlock. There’s a boatload of trails for hikers and cyclists to enjoy, and if you have kids, you’re in luck—it offers the largest children’s playground in Washington, built by volunteers in 2003.
