As Canada’s #1 selling motor, it pushes out 280 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque. Thanks to Variable Valve Timing technology, it also enjoys a high fuel economy. The average rating is set at around 11.2 L/100 km (21 mpg) in the city and 8.4 L/100 km (28 mpg) on the highway. Paired with front-wheel-drive and a 6-speed automatic transmission, you can’t go wrong with this vehicle.

Although the same powertrain is used on every trim level, certain versions will operate ar various capacities. The 1500 can handle a payload of 1,814 kg (4,000 lbs), and it can haul up to 3,134 kg (6,910 lbs). On the other hand, the 2500 can manage 1,932 kg (4,260 lbs) of weight inside while pulling 3,084 kg (6,800 lbs). Finally, the 3500 is capped at 2,123 kg (4,680 lbs) and 3,084 kg (6,800 lbs) respectively.
