Silver Maple offers young ventures transaction-based funding solutions by connecting them with the wider investor community including Angel Investors, Venture Capital and other eligible investors under applicable (provincial) securities legislation.
With over one half of North American households not participating in the various investment markets available to them, we find the opportunity to motivate, match and engage the larger investor community with these new ventures exciting and interesting.
The way we will engage the larger investor community from first awareness to eventual investing in companies through our platform will be a new experience unknown in the ‘established’ financial industry.
We are innovating in the venture finance space, creating a real venture finance market and differentiating ourselves from other (upcoming) players active in the investment crowdfunding space.
