Activate this feature by engaging the drive-mode function, toggling through the instrument cluster screen to find it. Once this is done simply select the namesake icon and achieve instant control over every rev.
The Tow/Haul function is linked to the transmission - smoothly extending the performance of lower gear ratios and helping to improve traction outputs. It also directs signals to the ABS system, automatically engaging the brakes when slippage is detected (this is most commonly applied to hilly terrains, where a heavy trailer may prove more difficult to control). Through this a stable power-band is assured, and the truck can better accommodate payloads.
