2022 Ford Ranger XLT Gets Blind Spot Monitoring in BC

Thanks to side-mounted sensors, this mechanism will let you know when another vehicle is next to you. It will illuminate a symbol on the driver’s mirror, this is an indication that it is not clear to change lanes. Since this is a revised component, it also accounts for the length of an attached trailer. This ensures that you don’t have an accident on your next trip.

Cross-Traffic Alert is also included in this suite of driving aids. It works well for crowded parking lots and garages. Combined with the rearview camera, it helps prevent fender benders by notifying you when an obstacle moves behind you while you are travelling in reverse.
