Connexus Industries Partners With Norwood At 49th World Ag Expo

From February 9th to February 11th, the tiny town of Tulare reigned as the agricultural mecca - with the 2016 World Ag Expo delivering showcases on intelligent wireless irrigation, fully-automated shaker technology, solar panels, and more. More than 100,000 guests marveled at the market’s latest innovations.Among those innovations was the Portable Sawmill - the result of a partnership between Connexus Industries and Norwood.
The Connexus team was proud to see our low-profile, sharp top chain on display at the World Ag Expo. It was used by Norwood, one of the leading providers of forestry equipment, to enhance their portable sawmill. This dynamic option accommodates both hardwood and softwood logs, utilizing a rigid 4-post carriage frame to ensure precision. Its unique design allows it to adapt to both large and small capacity milling, with laminated sawheads delivering expedited results. Customizable features - including oversized band-wheels, ceramic blade guides, and extreme-duty log clamps - promote efficiency in every environment.
Our sharp top chain promises that same efficiency, fusing the Norwood portable sawmill with stainless steel durability and flat-bottom distribution. This allows the machines to keep pace with changing market demands - promising extended usage and more effective operations.
