Willowbrook Chrysler Health & Safety Plan

On behalf of Willowbrook Chrysler, we want to share with you our updated health and safety action plan to help protect all guests and our team members at each one of our dealerships.

Our company is committed to a rigorous and proactive approach. We will ensure we do everything we can to maintain a healthy and responsible environment for all—and we’ve spent weeks this November to revisit and revamp how we run our business in this time of COVID-19.

Our most recent efforts to provide for your safety include the following additions to our existing COVID-19 preparations and procedures:

-  Facilities fully inspected by WCB and Fraser Health

-  Plexiglass at all contact points and all offices

-  Mandatory mask policy (masks provided for all individuals that don’t have one)

-  Hand sanitizer stations at all entrances and exits and throughout the dealership

-  Regular cleaning of all surfaces and touch points multiple times a day

-  2x deep cleans performed every day by professional cleaning companies

-  Social distance processes in place with markers

-  Disinfecting and cleaning of all service and sales cars, both before and after use

Here at Willowbrook Chrysler, your safety, health, and happiness are at the forefront of our efforts each day. Read on for more details.

Health and Safety Officers – Officers assigned to all dealerships. They are responsible for the reporting and guidance, and to ensure the best standard of cleanliness and staff health safety are practiced.

In-Store Community Safety Information – Our community safety communications plan is in place at all dealerships, including posters outlining hand washing techniques, prevention, and best practices. Also available here on company websites.

Sanitization Plan – We have increased sanitization of all high-traffic area touch points within all dealerships to multiple times a day, plus professional nighttime cleaning service daily. Additionally, 2x deep cleans are provided by cleaning companies every business day, and plexiglass is in place to further bolster sanitation efforts.

Loaners and Test-Drive Vehicle Sanitization – All surfaces inside service car loaners and test-drive vehicles are vacuumed and wiped down each time a guest or staff associate uses a vehicle.

Service Work Preparation – Customer vehicles for service in-store are outfitted with steering wheel covers and seat protectors prior to maintenance or repair work, plus all Willowbrook Chrysler technicians are required to wear disposable gloves when working on vehicles.

Sanitizer Stations – We have equipped our dealership with additional hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the dealership for guests and staff associates to sanitize hands throughout the day. This includes stations at all entrances and exits.

Discontinuation of Shared Foods – All complimentary snacks and group meals are temporarily removed.

Travel Restriction – No unnecessary business travel by team members. Staff are required to advise the management of personal travel destinations so the company can make necessary arrangements.

Hand Etiquette – As outlined by health officials, Willowbrook Chrysler team members practice frequent hand washing and refrain from handshaking or other forms of physical contact.
