My first time buying a car from a dealership, just happened to be a Mazda, and in August 😆 This car is everything I wanted! We had a tight schedule as we were travelling across province. We also had our dog with us, and a trade in vehicle to swap. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel right at home. Randy and his team were so easy to work with, we got details out of the way over the phone and they had us set up in no time! I am thrilled with our purchase, and entire experience with this dealership! The team are so personable and helpful. Thanks so much for making it quick and easy for us. Well worth the trip!

Had an absolutely fantastic experience from dropping off the keys to picking up my vehicle. The staff were all kind & very knowledgeable. My vehicle was absolutely spotless when I brought it home. Thank you August Mazda, this will be the only place I'll be bringing my vehcile to.

Very professional. Welcoming and explains in detail everything about your servicing. Comfortable with beverages and even offered to pick me up from my errands while my truck was in shop. I have recommended August Mazda to others. Never any pressure or hidden agendas.

Absolutely amazing customer service and beautiful showroom! My car had been in Kelowna for few months and in need of regular service before a long drive back. The agent who answered the phone was so nice and got me in on the same day. They looked into my concern of the front wheel and was all done and ready to go within a few hours. Our local Mazda dealership needs to take notes from August Mazda! Great job guys and thank you!!

Now October and I am adding to my review. I had my Mazda towed here (Penticton does not have a Mazda dealer) a couple of months ago. I was given a quote that seemed high but my options of where to trust, were limited. I checked on the price of the part that was needed at other Mazda dealers and discovered that August charged me $100 more than ALL the others. I called August Mazda and spoke to parts and again was quoted the lower price which was book price. I relayed my quote price to him and he said he would fix it right at that time. Having said that I felt better, yet when I went to pick up my car, the price had been jacked up to the more expensive price. As I was getting ready to pay I mentioned that the the service person had he said no problem, he could fix that! Here's my issue - if I had not scrutinized my bill I would have paid the higher price. Were they trying to RIP me off hoping I would not check the price? I will never know but I also will never take any other of my vehicles there for service, or for that matter purchase a vehicle there.
