Yes. You can return an unused item that you have recently purchased.
First, you need a copy of the invoice. The component must be in the original packaging with no damage or missing pieces. The company will not accept returns for used, installed, or tried-out products. Furthermore, electrical mechanisms are also not returnable.
Please note that there is a 15 percent restocking fee, and the request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase.
