Performance Battle: 2022 Ram 1500 TRX vs 2022 Nissan Titan Pro-4x Near Saskatoon

As the fastest, most powerful model in its class, the new 2022 Ram 1500 TRX leaves all competitors in its dust. That includes the 2022 Nissan Titan Pro-4X. Just take a peek at some of these comparisons.
 

First, the Nissan Titan Pro-4X is fitted with a 5.6-litre V8 engine. Paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission, this standard powertrain delivers 400 hp and 413 lb-ft of torque. As the off-roading version, it gets 4WD, a towing hitch receiver, dual tow hooks on the front, and a single skid plate for the radiator.
 

On the other hand, the Ram 1500 TRX gets the supercharged 6.2-litre HEMI V8 - which is the fourth and final engine offering in the lineup. Mated with full-time 4WD, an 8-speed automatic transmission, full manual control, and six selectable drive modes, the generates a Best-In-Class output of 702 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque. Other enhancements include 35-inch Wrangler Territory All-Terrain tires, a scalped hood with an air scoop and heat  extractors, and the ELocker electronic-locking rear differential. The Active-Level Four-Corner Suspension is also provided along with skid plates for the transfer case, fuel tank, front fascia, steering mechanism, and suspension.
