February has come to an impressive end in Los Suenos. Throughout its final week it offered anglers consistent catches, making this one of the most successful months in memory.

From February 21 to February 28, Los Suenos experienced a rise in Sailfish, Dorados and Groupers. Charter ships reported steady numbers each day, with big-game breeds proving easy to find. A strong breeding surge kept the populations steady, and anglers were able to secure some truly spectacular catches.

Powerful winds proved troublesome during the month’s final days, causing unusually high tides. Los Suenos’ experienced charter crews were up to the challenge, though, and helped anglers reel in some massive Billfish.

February offered exceptional sport fishing. March will, hopefully, do the same.
