April showers may still be pouring, but they’re not bringing May flowers to Los Suenos. They’re instead bringing big game fish.

From the week of May 1 to May 8, Los Suenos anglers experienced a rise in Billfish (specifically Blue Marlins, Sailfish and Black Marlins). Monster catches reigned supreme, and deep sea charters reported solid daily averages.

This rise in large breeds can be attributed to the shifting climate. The Green Season has just begun and its even temperatures prove perfect for Billfish. Expect this migration pattern to continue throughout the month of May.
