2018 nissan leaf for sale in burien washingtonIf you’ve been considering a new vehicle purchase, but aren’t sure if you want to stick with a tried-and-true gas-powered motor or switch to an all-electric vehicle, we suggest that you broaden your horizons by test driving the 2018 Nissan Leaf. This plug-in performer is a global favorite for its emission-free 150-mile range and performance, but it was also recognized by Autotrader as one of their "Must Test Drive" Award winners at the 2018 New York International Auto Show in March.

This honor highlights 12 new vehicles across a variety of segments that offer drivers significant value for their price. The 2018 Nissan Leaf was adored for its advanced technology, greater range and roomy interior, resulting in a unanimous win as the sole electric vehicle winner in this year's Must Test Drive Awards. The judges also celebrated the next-gen Leaf for its updated interior, driver-focused tech and advanced safety features.

"The all-new 2018 Leaf features leading-edge Nissan Intelligent Mobility technologies, longer range and more horsepower with a starting price under $30,000," said Brian Maragno, Director of Nissan EV Marketing and Sales Strategy, in a press release. "Once consumers test drive the Leaf, they'll undoubtedly be delighted by the value it has to offer."

Redesigned for 2018, the Leaf now offers 40% greater range than the original, as well as more appealing exterior styling. It also incorporates Nissan's Intelligent Mobility suite, featuring technologies such as ProPILOT Assist, e-Pedal, and Automatic Emergency Braking.
