Unveiling later this spring, the 2018 Kicks will take the place of the now-defunct Juke, promising Seattle area drivers practicality and fuel efficiency with more conventional styling.

The 2018 Kicks will be offered in three well-equipped trims (S, SV and SR) with pricing beginning at $18,965. All models will feature front-wheel drive only, which is ideal for urban drivers, and come with the same 125-horsepower 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine that makes 115 lb-ft of torque. A continuously variable automatic transmission is also standard across the board, which is rated for 33 mpg combined and fetches better fuel economy than the Jukeâ€™s 29 mpg combined.

One of the greatest advantages of the all-new Kicks is its capacity. In an article by Cars.com, the reviewer was very impressed by the interior layout and backseat leg- and head-room of the small crossover, which is often hard to find in this segment. The Kicks also boasts loads of cargo space behind the back seat â€“ 25.3 cu. ft. to be exact, which beats out other popular models, like the Toyota C-HRâ€™s 19 cu. ft. or the retired Jukeâ€™s 10.5 cu. ft.
